Rosita Najmi has more than 20 years of experience working across leading corporate, multilateral, philanthropic and nonprofit organizations, where she has directed national and global operational, programmatic and advocacy programs, impact investing and research. As vice president at The UPS Foundation, she leads strategy, grantmaking, impact evaluation, learning and innovation. She previously led PayPal's global social innovation team, which aimed to put the company's operations, products and employee engagement to work for financial inclusion, gender equality and climate equity. Najmi has also worked at The World Bank and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she focused on increasing access to digital financial services for the 700 million people around the world living in extreme poverty. She has led and advised collaborations with dozens of governments, companies, civil society, multilaterals and intergovernmental forums, including the G7 and G20. She is an alumnus of the Omidyar Network and nonprofits such as Accion, Mercy Corps and America's Promise. Najmi began her global development career by cofounding and directing an international nonprofit organization in Benin.
