Dr. Mena Fombo (hon) is passionate about creating greater human connections and supporting individuals and teams to flourish in purpose-driven spaces. She is an executive coach, mentor, retreat specialist and diversity and inclusion consultant working with clients globally.Fombo is an international ambassador for the City of Bristol building global business networks; holds an honorary doctorate for work in equalities from the University of the West of England; and is a voting member of BAFTA (British Academy Film and Television Awards). She is the founder and managing director of Black Girl Convention and cofounder of the TV/film company Blak Wave Productions.
