Why you should listen

Hiroki Koga is the co-founder and CEO of Oishii, the company behind the world’s largest indoor vertical strawberry farm. Koga first recognized the immense pressures faced by our global food supply chain during his time consulting for Japan’s nascent controlled agriculture industry. Koga and his team have pioneered a technique where farmers, AI, robots and bees work together in the perfect environment for growing always-in-season, pesticide-free, non-GMO Japanese berries in the US — signaling a more delicious future for all.
