Adam Whybrew became passionate about sharing his experiences with mental illness in the workplace after recovering from a bout of depression. He continued to become a partner & director in the same firm — the Boston Consulting Group and uses his position to try to dismantle some of the stigma still associated with mental illness at work. Based in Sydney, Whybrew established BCG's advanced analytics team in Asia Pacific and holds four patents on AI and Generative AI for retail applications. He was named a Global Enable Role Model in 2023 for championing mental illness issues in the workplace.
