Theme: The Space Between

In our society today, there exist gaps between us Malaysians, due to our difference in cultural backgrounds, generations, genders or any number of things that divide us. While these gaps may be cause for miscommunication and conflict, they equally offer us different perspectives of reality, thus adding to the exciting diversity of life.

At this year’s TEDxKLWomen, we will hear from our distinguished speakers as they explore those gaps in society vis-à-vis the theme, The Space Between, and what can be or is being done to address them. While the women speakers will approach their subjects through the prism of being a woman in Malaysia today, the men will offer counterbalance views from their perspective as the opposite sex.
