Ahmad Khalid Wadaan

CEO

Ahmad Khalid Wadaan is the CEO of HesabPay, bringing over eight years of expertise in financial management, audit, and compliance. He holds a Master's in Finance and Banking from Kabul University and a Bachelor's in National Economics from Nangarhar University. Mr. Wadaan began his professional journey at Arrow Petroleum LLC, rising to Finance Manager, and later joined the Central Bank of Afghanistan as a Senior Auditor. As a member of the Central Bank’s supervision team, he played a key role in developing regulatory frameworks, regulations, and procedures for Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) and Payment Institutions (PIs). He subsequently served as Senior Compliance Manager at Moore Afghanistan, contributing to the enhancement of compliance and governance practices. Mr. Wadaan has also dedicated four years to teaching at the university level, further solidifying his contribution to Afghanistan's financial sector. Mr. Wadaan speaks English, Pashto and Dari.

Ahmad Siar Ahmadyar

Ahmad Siar Ahmadyar is an Afghan artist proficient in painting, drawing, and graphic design. He graduated from school in 2012 and subsequently pursued his passion for art by enrolling at the Institute of Fine Arts. After two years of intensive study, he furthered his education at Kabul University, specializing in the Art Faculty. Siyar holds a bachelor's degree in calligraphy and a master's degree in visual arts. Currently, he focuses on graphic arts and digital art, showcasing his talent and creativity in these mediums.

Asma Sediqi Jarrah

As a doctor in hospital and lecturer in institute and education organisation, she is deeply involved in both clinical practice and academic development. Alongside her medical career, Asma is a passionate artist and writer. Her talents in drawing and writing enhance her ability to connect with and inspire others, especially in her role as a teacher. Throughout her work in various hospitals, organisation and institute she has gained valuable experience in teaching, motivating, and guiding young people to succeed in the field of medicine. Her combination of medical expertise, leadership skills, and creative pursuits makes her a unique and influential figure in her field.

Mansoor Yadgari

Dr. Mansoor Yadgari is a dynamic medical professional and orthopedic surgeon with an MD from Kabul Medical University. Since 2018, he has shared a passion for education as a dedicated science teacher, inspiring young minds to explore the wonders of the natural world. Beyond medicine and teaching, Mansoor Yadgari is a multifaceted artist and musician, blending creativity with discipline to create meaningful connections through art and melody. Known for exceptional leadership qualities, Mansoor Yadgari empowers others to strive for excellence, both in healthcare and beyond.

Safiullah Sultani

Safi Sultani is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in journalism, civil society, and organizational leadership. As the General Director of the Peace and Youth Organization (PYO), Safi has been a committed advocate for human rights. He has also served as the CEO of Hemayat Network, contributing to the empowerment of civil society. Safi’s journalism career spans roles as a freelance journalist with Bokhdi, Peshgo, and Porsesh News Agencies, where he has honed his skills in storytelling and reporting. Additionally, he has experience in media and communication as an announcer for Melee Radio and Television and an admin officer at Asia TV Network. His expertise extends to education and technology, having worked as an ICDL Tester and General Manager for the Educational Support Organization (ESO), as well as contributing as an Admin Assistant for the same organization.

Sanzar Kakar

Entrepreneur

Mr. Sanzar Kakar is the Chairman of Afghanistan Holding Group (AHG), a professional services firm in Afghanistan employing over 300 employees serving 700 international clients for over 13 years. Mr. Kakar graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science Engineering and from Warwick Business School with a Masters in Business Administration. He first worked for Merrill Lynch as a Technology Analyst, creating a link for automatic reporting to the New York Stock Exchange. He started in Afghanistan as an Investment Associate for Acap Partners, setting up a $20 million venture capital facility and sourcing over 300 new opportunities for consideration. Mr. Kakar then joined as the Executive Advisor to the Attorney General’s Office of Afghanistan on a U.S. Department of State program to reorganize the institution and set up a national paper and computer criminal case management system spanning 7 justice institutions.

Sayedmuhammad Sulimankhil, Afghan climate expert and youth leader, specializes in environmental advocacy, education, and sustainable development. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, he works to empower communities and drive impactful solutions for a resilient future.

Tobaa Azizi

Communications Specialist

Tobaa Azizi is an accomplished educator and public speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Kabul University. With over four years of experience as an English teacher, translator, and professor assistant, she has developed expertise in education, communication, and community engagement. As President of the Professional Speakers Association Afghanistan and a leader in the South Asian Speakers Association, Tobaa empowers Afghan voices on global platforms. She has delivered impactful speeches at events like the International Networking Event for Women Speakers (2023), inspiring audiences worldwide. Beyond public speaking, she is skilled in media production, with expertise in photography and videography, and has completed training in leadership, anthropology, and graphic design. Fluent in English and Dari, with proficiency in Turkish and Pashto, Tobaa fosters cross-cultural understanding.
