"Staying has some meanings inside…

Dictionaries define it as remaining or waiting.
Staying can be a path; a path that is opposed to escaping, leaving or replacing. It is a path that is first and foremost a choice towards the future. A future that needs to be stayed for, to be persisted, and to wait for growth and better days.

This time in Tedx Esfahan 2024, we hosted the stories of men and women who have chosen to stay and have shared their experiences with us.
The experiences that demonstrate how sexism or equality can affect growth and welfare of the society. They narrate heartbreaking stories about how women and their abilities have been ignored during history and how they are still ignored in highly valued positions.

We believe that every story is worth listening to and each one of these stories can become a turning point for salient changes in society. “
