She doesn’t just engage with the world; she seeks to rewrite it, one bold idea at a time.

Marva Ismatillo

Sustainability Activist
A third-year student at British Management University, Marva Ismatillo doesn’t just think about the future—she actively shapes it. Witnessing firsthand how everyday parenting choices impact the environment, she embarked on a mission to promote sustainable parenting. Passionate about environmental advocacy, she explores eco-conscious solutions for families, bridging the gap between parenting and sustainability. Beyond her activism, Marva is an active volunteer, contributing to global initiatives with organizations like FIFA and the Turkic Council. She also embraces a balanced lifestyle, finding joy in sports and tango. Passionate, determined, and driven by purpose, she is proof that even small changes can lead to big transformations.

Robiya Nazir Akhmad

Social Activist
A freshman at British Management University, Robiya Nazir Akhmad moves with purpose—both in water and in life. As a Master of Sport in synchronized swimming, she knows the discipline it takes to succeed. But beyond the pool, she’s an advocate for environmental sustainability, playing a key role at NGO "Suvchi" in organizing impactful seminars on water conservation. Her dedication extends to organizing cultural events and volunteering at the Uzbekistan-Japan Center for Human Development. Passionate about activism and community-building, Robiya is a force for meaningful change.

Tohirjon Ulmasov

Developer and Community Leader
A student at Najot Ta’lim and an intern at EPAM Systems, Tohirjon Ulmasov sees technology as more than just coding—it’s a tool for breaking boundaries. Passionate about AI, software development, and digital transformation, he is constantly pushing the limits of what’s possible. But beyond his technical expertise, he is a mentor, a community leader, and an advocate for growth within Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem. Whether working on projects at Najot Ta’lim or representing Uzbekistan’s tech community, Tohirjon is on a mission to challenge limitations—both technological and personal—and inspire others to do the same.
