Costly Abosede Aderibigbe-Saba has 10 years of experience in the development sector with
proficient skills in community engagement, project management, data analysis, monitoring and
evaluation, high-level advocacy, research, and behavioural change communication. Apart from
being a medical doctor, Costly reflects a high commitment to ending harmful traditional practices
(HTPs) that affects women's and girls' health. This has spurred her to manage projects focused on
ending Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Gender-based Violence (GBV), and, Sexual and
Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Costly holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Master's Degree in Business
Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a 2nd Master’s Degree in
Reproductive Health from the African Union University (Pan African University) on a full
scholarship. She is a public speaker and, a passionate advocate for women and girls.

He has distinguished himself in legal academics and advocacy. He represented his Faculty in several competitions and also represented Nigeria in the FALAS African Continental Policy Debate where he emerged as First Runner-up.
He served as the Head of Legal, FALAS NIGERIA and doubled as the Chairman of Moot and Mock Society, UNIOSUN in his final year. He held several leadership positions during his undergraduate journey serving as the General Secretary of LAWSAN South-West among many others. He has recognized certifications with global law firms like Baker McKenzie, Ashurst and Slaughter and May. He also has demonstrable interest in corporate governance and finance.
