In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Carlo Cannistraci

Carlo Vittorio Cannistraci is a theoretical engineer and computational innovator. He is a Chair Professor in the Tsinghua Laboratory of Brain and Intelligence (THBI) and adjunct professor in the Department of Computer Science and in the School of Biomedical Engineering at Tsinghua University. He directs the Center for Complex Network Intelligence (CCNI) in THBI, which aims to create pioneering algorithms at the interface between information science, physics of complex systems, complex networks and machine intelligence, with a focus in brain/life-inspired computing for efficient artificial intelligence and big data analysis. These computational methods are often applied to precision biomedicine, neuroscience, social and economic science.

Kaidi GUO

郭凯迪，清华大学环境学院2016级本科毕业生，2020级硕士毕业生，目前在落基山研究所任咨询师，主要负责国际气候贸易政策分析及新能源产品供应链降碳研究。Guo Kaidi received her bacholar's and master's degrees from School of Environment, Tsinghua University. She is currently an associate at the Rocky Mountain Institute, mainly responsible for international climate trade policy analysis and carbon reduction research in the supply chain of new energy products.

Kun TANG

唐昆，清华大学万科公共卫生与健康学院副教授，中组部“青年拔尖人才支持计划”获得者。唐昆博士一直致力于全球儿童健康以及妇幼卫生的相关科研和实践，研究领域涵盖全球卫生政策、卫生发展援助、妇幼健康的社会决定因素。他目前担任世界卫生组织全球儿童健康指标专家委员会联席主席，世界卫生组织COVID-19研究路线图社会科学组成员。他曾担任中国计划生育协会常务理事会理事以及国际计划生育联合会中央理事会理事；他是第十六届世界艾滋病大会科学委员会成员、也是第五届亚太地区性与生殖健康大会的青年委员会主席。他在坦桑尼亚、刚果（金）、缅甸、马来西亚、津巴布韦、巴布亚新几内亚等国家开展全球卫生研究项目。他获得北京大学医学学士学位、哈佛大学全球卫生和人口学硕士学位以及牛津大学流行病学博士学位。 Dr. Kun Tang, Associate Professor, Vanke School of Public Health, Tsinghua University. Deputy Director of Tsinghua University Department of International Cooperation. Prior to his current functions, he was the Founding Director of the China Youth Network, a first-ever youth NGO working to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights in China. He served as the National Standing Council Member of the China Family Planning Association, and the Governing Council Member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation. He was a member of the XVI International AIDS Conference Scientific Programme Committee, and the Chair of the Youth Committee in the 5th Asia Pacific Conference on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. He now serves as the global health adviser of the Chinese Delegation to the World Health Organization Executive Board and the World Health Assembly. He have extensive working experience on a number of global health projects in Zimbabwe, Papua New Guinea and Myanmar. He obtained my M.B.B.S. from Peking University, a Master’s in Global Health from Harvard University, and D.Phil. from the University of Oxford.

Lanxi XIAO

肖岚茜，艺术家，设计师，清华大学美术学院博士研究生，研究方向为数据与AI驱动的交互和可视化设计。Xiao Lanxi, an artist, designer, and Ph.D. candidate at the Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University. Her research focuses on data- and AI-driven interaction and visualization design.

Li ZHANG

张利，清华大学建筑学院院长、长聘教授。国际建筑师协会副主席，教育部长江学者特聘教授，全国工程勘察设计大师，梁思成建筑奖获得者。曾任北京冬奥申委工程规划部副部长，北京冬奥会张家口赛区总规划师，国家跳台滑雪中心“雪如意”及首钢滑雪大跳台“雪飞天”总设计师。ZHANG Li is the Dean / Professor of Architecture in the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University. He is currently the Vice-President [Region IV] of UIA, a Changjiang Scholar appointed by the Ministry of Education, National Master of Engineering Design and Geotechnique Investigation, a winner of Liang Sicheng Architecture Award. He is the Deputy Director of the Engineering and Planning Department of the Beijing Winter Olympic Committee and the Architect-in-Chief of Zhangjiakou Zone, and Shougang Big Air, both for Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

Qing'an ZHOU

周庆安，清华大学新闻与传播学院院长、教授、博士生导师，主要从事国际传播、公共外交、政治传播等研究。Zhou Qing'an, Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He mainly focuses on the research of international communication, public diplomacy and political communication.

He is the CEO of Orienspace and Chairman of Beijing Branch of Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club, receiving awards including FPGA'16 Best Paper, Top 100 Entrepreneurs of BRICS countries, First Prize of Technological Invention of China Computer Federation, 30 Under 30 by Forbes Asia, MIT TR35 and etc.

Wenjia CAI

蔡闻佳，清华大学地球系统科学系主任助理，长聘教授，博士生导师，研究兴趣为气候变化及其应对的健康和经济影响评估，碳中和政策设计等。在《自然》、《柳叶刀》及其子刊发表多篇论文，代表作为发表在《柳叶刀 公共卫生》上的《柳叶刀气候变化与人群健康倒计时中国报告》。担任柳叶刀倒计时亚洲中心主任，世界卫生组织全球空气污染与人群健康技术咨询委员会（GAPH-TAG）成员， Scientific Data编委和Environmental Research Letters执行编委等职务。 Wenjia Cai is professor of global change economics in Department of Earth System Science, Tsinghua University, China. Her research group is particularly focusing on the health and economic impacts of climate action and the design of carbon neutrality pathway. She has an H index of 47. She is the director of The Lancet Countdown Regional Centre for Asia and leads the China Lancet Countdown report on health and climate change. She also serves as the member of Global Air Pollution and Health - Technical Advisory Group of the World Health Organization, Editorial Board member of Scientific Data and Executive Editorial Board member of Environmental Research Letters.

Xiahereyati Ainiwaner

夏合热亚提·艾尼玩尔，清华大学苏世民书院2024级学者，曾创办南京大学FIRE嘻哈音乐协会，业余创作说唱作品数十首。Xiahereyati (Shariyar) Ainiwaner is currently a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University. He founded the FIRE Hip-Hop Music Association at NJU, and has created dozens of rap pieces.
