Dr. Deepa Nagarajan, Founder and CEO of Sragvee Technologies, is a distinguished OKR Consultant and Coach with 29+ years of experience in growth, change management, and entrepreneurship. Her proprietary OKR methodology, TRICEA©, has driven 55 implementations for startups to Fortune 500s across nine industries and four countries. Honored as a Phenomenal Woman Achiever at the World Congress of Women 2019, Deepa, also serves as a visiting professor at Narsee Monjee. she is also the acclaimed author of Women on Board and is working on many more book!

Dr Gayathri Vasudevan

Dr. Gayathri Vasudevan is the founder and Chief Impact Officer at Sambhav Foundation. A doctorate in Development Studies, she has done consistent work for the underprivileged in India for over 23 years. A research scholar on gender issues, she has collaborated with organizations like the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), before joining the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 1999. In 2006, she founded Sambhav Foundation to enhance livelihoods in the informal sector through education and entrepreneurship, positively impacting over half a million lives. She holds various advisory positions, including the Ministry of Labour & Employment. She has published over 30 works on labor and gender issues and has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Business by Business Today and awarded Forbes’ “Entrepreneur with a Social Impact.”

Jayanti Bhattacharya

Jayanti Bhattacharya is the co-founder of India Hemp and Co., a company she launched with her sister, to promote healthy living through nutritional hemp products. Founded in 2020 and incubated at IIM-Bangalore, the company has earned awards like ‘Hemp Nutraceutical Company’ (2021-2022) and been featured in some of the top publications. Jayanti also represented India Hemp and Co. on Shark Tank India.

Prerna V

Prerna V, a true-blue Bangalorean, is a gifted violinist trained in both Western and Carnatic classical music. With over 80 performances to her name, she brings a beautiful blend of skill and charisma to the stage.

Riddhi Javali

Riddhi Javali is a BBA student at St. Joseph’s College of Commerce and the founder of Project Repeat, an initiative through which Riddhi is dedicated to breaking the stigma around menstruation in rural areas, and promoting access to eco-friendly menstrual products. Riddhi describes herself as a bit of a “jack of all trades”—she bakes, reads, paints, makes jewelry, teaches spoken English to underprivileged children. Her passion for sustainability and curiosity for new ways to improve lives give us hope that the future is in good hands.

With a lifelong commitment to conservation, he has tirelessly fought against illegal logging and harmful development in the region. Shreedev and his team has played a key role in rehabilitating 13 villages within the Bhadra Tiger Reserve and has championed wildlife education and research for over 3 decades now!
