A partir do momento que nos encontramos, tudo muda.

Inspirados na obra “Principia” de Isaac Newton que afirma que quando dois corpos entram em contato, ambos têm seu destino alterado para sempre através do movimento, o TEDxBlumenau 2023 quer contar histórias de encontros inspiradores que mudaram a forma como nós vemos o mundo.

Junto ao público, o evento deste ano busca ser um prisma pelo qual as mais diversas ideias passam, são absorvidas pelas pessoas e compartilhadas de formas diferentes.

Da mesma forma que Principia é o encontro de diversos estudos, o TEDxBlumenau 2023 é o encontro de ideias inspiradoras, capazes de mudar o mundo, com um público ávido por compartilhar o que há de mais incrível por aqui.

Este é um evento sobre encontros e a potência que eles têm de transformar.

Caio Badu

Design Techonologist

Caio Badu is a design technologist, UX expert with more than 15 years of career with passages through agencies, startups, consultancies, research centers and multinationals. During his career, he accumulated national and international recognition for excellence in design and was also featured in various events such as the Google Developer Bus and the Brazilian Design Biennial. He represents the first trans leadership at a strategic Design level in Brazil and in this position, seeks to specialize in concrete strategies of diversity, inclusion and equity through Design.

Camila Werling

Musicist

Camila was born in 1990 in the city of Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina. She graduated in Music in 2011 and holds a Master's Degree in Music in the area of musicology, where she is currently studying for a doctorate in Music. She began her musical studies in 1995 in her hometown with musicalization and sweet flute. Camila has been a member of several groups and orchestras throughout her training and has participated in several courses with renowned professionals from Brazil and abroad. She is currently a university professor at FURB in addition to teaching at the Carlos Gomes Theater School of Music and at the Bands and Fanfares Program in Blumenau. Passionate about art, she believes that music is a power capable of promoting the most beautiful encounters and transformations in the world.

Débora Montibeler

D&I Expert

Débora Montibeler is a diversity and inclusion specialist, responsible for assisting companies in implementing and sustaining D&I strategies. In addition, she is a member of the Pact Association for the Promotion of Racial Equity, the Advisory Board of UNESCO-SOST Transcriativa and EUCONECTO, a movement that emerged to connect women with an entrepreneurial spirit. Psychologist with a master's degree in Social Psychology, focusing on processes of subjectivation, gender studies and formation of the racial identity of the Brazilian black population. Currently, her focus of studies revolves around colorism and its effects on the constitution of the identity of light-skinned black people.

Gabriel Romão

Co-CEO of TODXS

A black trans man, Gabriel is a pedagogue passionate about education who believes that only through it can society improve. During his professional career, which spans more than 10 years, he has worked in the areas of training, development and culture in various segments, such as non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, companies in the tourism, security, technology and consultancy sectors. Today, he is CO-CEO of TODXS, a position aligned with his life goal: to impact the transformation of society through education, diversity, empathy and especially affection.

Data engineer from Pará with active participation in the technology area. He has already published several articles and book chapters on programming, as well as a self-authored book on the Python language in 2019. Creator of Égua, a programming language entirely in Portuguese.

Mayumi Sato

Mayumi is a partner and director of a Brazilian company that brings together the main adult apps in Latin America. One of them with more than 18 million people registered. And it is based on research carried out in this large community that, over the years, she has understood the tastes and interests of Brazilians and shared its discoveries. Graduated in Mathematics, she combined her passion for numbers with her research on sexuality and relationships. She also works as a columnist and consultant and is the creator of the Sex Summit, a Brazilian event focused on the adult market, technology and innovation. A sex-positive adept, she defends the importance of understanding how different types of relationships, fantasies and fetishes manifest themselves, so that we can build ever better relationships.

Samuel Stumpf

Born in Caxias do Sul, Samuel Stumpf has a degree in Human Resources Management and has been working in the D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) area for 10 years. Today he is an analyst at RD Station, which is among the best companies to work for in Brazil. A Yoga instructor, in his spare time he also surfs, camps, runs marathons, skates and has even been a sponsored athlete on the Rio Grande do Sul mountain bike circuit. He's accompanied by Capone, his guide dog.
