In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Aj Soutter

Aj is a rising junior at East Coweta High School. Aj is involved in the Varsity golf team of ECHS. He is a member of the national honor society, beta club, and physics club. Aj enjoys volunteering, currently involved in the service activity of the beta club. In his spare time, he likes to hang out or work out with his friends and play basketball.

Beomseok Kang

Beomseok Kang is a rising junior at East Coweta High School. He takes great interest in in-school STEM activities. He is currently the board executive of the ECHS science olympiad team and the president of the ECHS math club. Beomseok is also involved in the student government of ECHS. Passionate in music, Beomseok is a 3x Allstate clarinetist and was recently involved in the Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestra. Beomseok plans to talk about what it means to become an adult and how to adapt to society as an adult.

Jaesang Hwang

Jaesang Hwang is a rising junior at East Coweta High School. Jaesang participates in clubs such as the Science Olympiad, Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and FBLA. He is also the Vice-President of the ECHS Beta Club. Jaesang is a multi-sport athlete, he participates in the ECHS varsity tennis team and swim team. Jaesang likes hanging out with his friends and working out at the gym in his spare time.

Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee is a rising junior at East Coweta High School. Passionate in the stem field, he serves as the president of the ECHS Math Club and the officer of the ECHS Stem academy. Kevin also participates stem related clubs such as the Science Olympiad, Mu Alpha Theta, and Physics club. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar or playing soccer. Kevin not only participates in Stem related activities but is regarded as a thoughtful leader, whom people can rely on for the better. Kevin plans to talk about the importance of habits and how little things can make a big difference overall.

Ryan Mcelwaney

Ryan is a rising junior at East Coweta High School. His hobbies are basketball, listening to music, and hanging out with his friends. His favorite subject is math. He enjoys volunteering and helping others.
