Kat Smith is a former educator turned visual artist. After a ten-year career in public schools and higher education, she became an education consultant to support teachers and students in Mississippi. Kat enjoyed creating engaging resources for students and helping educators navigate a new world of virtual learning during a global pandemic.
Months into her consulting career, Kat’s world was shaken when her dad unexpectedly passed. What began as a desire to preserve floral arrangements from his memorial grew into a pressed flower art business to help others find beauty during a time of loss. While still an educator at heart, Kat’s newfound passion is creating beautiful art and empowering others to turn loss into legacy.

Scott Paradis

Completed a 30+ year career with the United States Army, retiring at the rank of colonel. In addition to multiple stateside assignments, to include the Pentagon, served in warzones in Europe and the Middle East, as a Congressional Fellow with the United States Senate, and as a National Security Fellow with the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Author of ten books and numerous personal and professional growth programs focused on helping people understand and embrace the fundamental principles of leadership and success.
Yarona Boster
For 15 years, Yarona ran an Early Intervention (EI) Program, in accordance with USA federal IDEA regulations and New Jersey Part C. This program is for children birth to 3 with developmental delays and disabilities. EI is a parent training model focusing on parent advocacy. The basis of EI practices and implementation utilizes a variety of evidenced based strategies in early childhood development.
In a recent transition, Yarona has moved into life coaching, with an emphasis on loss/trauma/infertility and parenting coaching. Yarona is also developing a parenting workshop series, to be launched by the end of 2022. Lastly, for 6 years Yarona has been an infertility advocate for federal legislation change, and an infertility support group facilitator for both national and local support groups.
