Theme: TRANSCENDENCE,Beyond All Bounds

Often, the world is stuck in its conventional way of
living, failing to see beyond what is commonplace. We
forget that there is a world outside of our little bubble of
normalcy-- vast, expansive and steadily growing. It takes
immense courage and persistence to step outside this
bubble, but every now and then, someone surprises us.
By embracing their true potential and creating their
own ideals, these trendsetters started from the bottom,
defying norms and striving beyond their limits to create
their own utopia; their own version of perfect. Their
pioneering spirit enabled them to build themselves
from the ground up. They withstood societal
conventions and worked against all odds to stand on a
pedestal among giants. It made them a part of
something bigger than themselves, bigger than society.
To override the ordinary, to break down the barriers
holding yourself back, and to transcend the realm of
normalcy, is what TEDxCUSAT 22 will be about. Our
celebration this time is for those who have fearlessly
pushed themselves into uncharted territory, and came
out of it victorious.

Achuth Krishnan Sreedevi

Achuth Krishnan Sreedevi, is a Harvard University graduate who also holds a degree in computer science from New York University. Over the past decade, Krish has been active in the EdTech space in India and the US and has had various roles in Technology and Product in several prestigious organisations including the United Nations. As an avid communicator, he has also served as an Editor for the UN Academic Impact newsletter and authored articles about education for The Hindu.

Capt Shantanu Chakravorty is an action-oriented Talent Development Leader with demonstrated accomplishments in Strategic and Tactical Leadership of Global Enterprise’s Learning and Development Charters. In the past two decades, he has held global roles for world-class companies like Cargill Inc., Cognizant, Wipro, and Aditya Birla Group.
