Title: Why the number of likes means so much to Gen Z’s in Japan
Description: We seek validation every day, both offline and online. Maybe this is the reason why we can’t say “no” to something we don’t want to do. The fear of rejection, and the want for approval. I will show how the coming of the digital age has made GenZ’s in Japan susceptible to validation seeking. I want to share how we can start living a life without a confirmation stamp.

Title: The Rainbow in Me
Description: Rainbows are seen everywhere. They show up in the skies, and give us a feeling of hope. They are used in the pride flag, and reflect the diversity of the genders and sexualities of people, and the pronouns we use. The colors in the pride flag are like the hope we have after a storm. The colors in the rainbow are different, but they still blend in together nicely, creating one big beautiful rainbow. What beautiful, unique colors do you have? I hope to share a bit of my own rainbow with you.

Title: Permanence and Impermanence in the Generational Shift
Description: Imagine if you didn't have wifi in your daily life. When we were your age, we didn't have it. But to the people of my time, the "X" meant that we were the "new, cutting edge generation”. Interestingly, even though technology has developed and evolved in different forms, what humans want to do with technology has not changed so much.
