He emphasizes the importance of compassionate society and structural changes for preventing suicide. Often, the narrative of suicide prevention is more focused on the action of the individual himself and how the responsibility to manage it lies on those who have the suicidal behavior alone. But will those with suicide thoughts recover when they're isolated from help and love they need the most? Does mental health recovery only revolve around self-love? He will discuss more about the importance of our social structure and support not only to prevent someone to take their own lives in their darkest times, but also to have a life worth living, a world worth celebrating.
