Anisa has worked internationally in the humanitarian, legal, health and management consulting sectors. She is the Co-Founder of The Crisis Compass, a capacity-building consultancy that trains teams in increasing readiness for crisis, handling uncertainty and the unknown.

Giacomo Famigli is a 27-year-old Italian bookworm and language lover, with a degree in Law and a Master in Political Science. Giacomo is currently trying to establish himself as a researcher while publishing academic papers and volunteering for the Italian Green Party.

Nadiya Nair and Lucia Kamati have been working within the energy sector for the past couple of years and their work experience has allowed them to gain working experience in over 5 different countries across 3 different continents, but their success didn’t come without struggles.
They believe as women of colour that they should be the voice for the next generation. They are working together to pave the way to allow more women like them the right to education and also inspire them to join the energy sector. As young career professionals, they are currently co-creating a platform that will connect women of colour around the world to find opportunities within the energy industry but at the same, to find their voices within and grow towards their dreams!

Thomas Lahnthaler is an international crisis leader, facilitator, mediator and mentor. Over the past two decades he has worked in over 30 countries with some of the most complex and dynamic crises and conflicts of our time.
Thomas is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Crisis Compass, where he works with human-centred crisis management using a toolbox of innovative methods. Thomas is highly passionate about constantly exploring new perspectives and uncovering hidden assumptions that influence our decision-making. He is a continuous advocate for finding new ways to learn and loves doing things differently.
Thomas helps companies and leaders to navigate uncertainty using a combination of serious play, reflection and practical experience. His approach is heavily influenced by his work and the time he spent with indigenous peoples around the world, as well as those he refers to as his biggest teachers, his two children.
Tobias Bütow
Historian and political scientist, Co-Secretary General of the Franco-German Youth Office (FGYO)
Tobias Bütow, born in 1978 in Magdeburg, is a historian and political scientist. Having worked in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Israel, France, and Germany, he is the German Secretary General of the Franco-German Youth Office (FGYO), an international organisation for young people.
