Adrian Begley is Chair of Arranmore Island Community Council, the group behind the #ComingHome campaign, a multi award-winning project which successfully set out to turn the tide on declining population numbers on the County Donegal island of Arranmore.
With backgrounds both in design and in Psychology, after more than 30 years of campaigning and community work, Adrian remains passionate about communities taking control of their own destiny and finding solutions for a better future, and also remains dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing for individuals and wider communities.

Jess Kelly is Newstalk’s Technology Correspondent and hosts Tech Talk on Saturday evenings at 5pm.
Having worked at Newstalk for the past ten years, Jess’ role has seen her travel across the globe reporting from some of the biggest conferences in the world including CES in Las Vegas, IFA in Berlin, Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and Samsung Unpacked in New York City. Jess also imparts her technology expertise to television audiences on The Six O’Clock Show on Virgin Media One.
Jess is an experienced MC, having hosted events in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. Jess has conducted interviews with high-profile guests such as YouTube mega-star Casey Nesitat and former secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff. Additionally, she has hosted events for the likes of WeWork, Brain for Business at the Science Gallery, Career Zoo, Limerick Chamber and The Department of Rural and Community Affairs.
In 2019, Jess Kelly was awarded the Irish Tatler Woman of the Year Media Award.

His work has seen him exposed to some of the world’s most interesting companies, and he has lead digital developments for everyone from Uber to the Road Accident Fund. He is a “collector of mentors” and dedicated life long learner, inspired by individuals like Clay Christenson, Bob Moesta, Amy Cuddy, Gwynne Shotwell , Jeff Wilke and others that are commonly the people behind the people. He doesn’t like to be seen as an influencer but more somebody “that is not easily influenced” and is known for his honest, straight talking style and no bllsh*t presentation of facts. This has seen him regular contribute to Media including The Guardian, Sunday Business Post, The Irish Times, Future CIO Magazine and Forbes.
