Boon Chong Goh

Principal Research Scientist

Dr. Boon Chong Goh is a principal research scientist at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART). His research team focuses on the development of novel antimicrobial agents targeting antibiotic-resistant bacteria using protein engineering, structural biology, and high-throughput screening. He received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign under the supervision of the late Prof. Klaus Schulten in the Theoretical and Computational Biophysics group. Dr Goh is the founder and CEO of the newly incorporated biotech startup ArrowBiome.

Julius Uy

Chief Technology Officer

Julius is the Chief Technology Officer at ZilLearn where currently leads the Product, Design, and Engineering team. He previously worked in various leadership roles in the Tech Industry involving projects featured in Google I/O, WWDC, Android Developer Story, and Android Excellence. Outside of work, he mentors engineering leaders from companies like Google, Meta, and Amazon across Silicon Valley, India, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Keng Hoe Toh

Director

Keng Hoe is the founding President of the Artificial Intelligence & Robotics chapter at the Singapore Computer Society. He is passionate about various aspects of AI, including social, ethical and legal impacts of the technology. He spends his days as a Director with NCS. Prior to that, he was engaging the merchant marine sector on digitalisation as a Business Development Director with Inmarsat, the mobile satellite company. He was the General Manager of a Singapore based Artificial Intelligence & Robotics startup and Product Line Manager with Thales where he led the team in developing the next generation maritime security software. He began his career with the Republic of Singapore Navy where he spent 18 years, with some of his key achievements include participating in the 2004 tsunami relief operation, two tours in the Arabian Gulf and numerous operations in Singapore and the region.

Kenneth Choo

Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth Choo is an Author, Community builder, Connector, and Entrepreneur. Kenneth believes in the power of relationships and connections, which is why he has committed himself to assisting people in connecting with one another in order to create possibilities and start businesses. Kenneth is also a founder & CEO of KC Creative Marketing Pte. Ltd. where they provide digital marketing consultancy and event production services. Kenneth is also a mentor & advisor to startups and entrepreneurs. Kenneth is truly passionate about helping people connect and build businesses.
