Building on the discussion from our August 6th Salon on exploring allyship, join us on October 29th for a conversation about everyday activism.
Is a voice inside calling for you to actively engage for racial justice and social change? And is that voice being squelched by another voice that says, “The issues are too big. What can I as an ordinary person possibly do to move the needle for serious change?”
Many of us want to be a participant for change, but don’t know where to start or how to engage. Each of us can choose to be an activist within our circles, spheres of influence and with larger groups to affect change.
History demonstrates that new realities are possible. We can make change, but it requires that those of us with good intent get - and stay - engaged, in our own way.
