Shirley Posey has been an educator for eleven years, including her role as a college professor and as Johns Hopkins University CTY Sensory Brain Instructor. She has facilitated 11th grade Biology at Imhotep Institute Charter High School since 2017. Shirley earned her B.S. in Biology from Clark Atlanta University and her Masters in Medical Science from Hampton University. She is the co-founder of NeuroAdvanced Academics,Inc.,an educational firm using neuroscience based practices to enhance academic learning and to facilitate Professional Development for educators.
