Passionate about innovative entrepreneurship and digital,
Chams-Eddine G. Bezzitouni, had the opportunity to
manage the Sidi Abdellah Cyber Park incubator where he
was able to set up an incubation process for
ICT startups, and its corollary the development of
models for creating creative communities.
Subsequently, Chams-Eddine joined the cabinet of
President and CEO of Algeria Telecom
Satellite (ATS) where the R&D, innovation and
international relations, has been entrusted to him and works
in particular on the establishment of a co-
incubation within the company. He then integrates
the cabinet of the Minister of Industry and Mines in
consultant, in order to participate in the creation of a
financing mechanism for Startups and innovative SMEs.
Ikram HAMDI MANSOUR

Ikram HAMDI MANSOUR is an Eco-Architect🍀🏘 and Cultural Manager. She worked in different sustainable architecture projects over the world, which increased her awareness about the importance of multidisciplinary practice and the influence of sharing knowledge. Her main interests revolve around ecopsychology as a tool to redefine and re-imagining society's current relationship with nature. Which guided her to found an organization “Tumast” that aims to create lifestyle that is ecologically sustainable and psychologically healthy through a holistic approach. Her participation in the writing of a policy paper on “Energy & Climate in the MENA region: Youth Perspectives to a Sustainable Future”, awakened in her the desire to create “Climate Change, Culture Change”, an initiative that designs and implements artistic, cultural, innovative and participatory actions in Algeria.
