When people with unique minds speak, conversations spread like ripples in water. These ripples are multidirectional which create curiosity also inviting different perceptions from people around. This extends an invitation to the ever thinking nature of man to explore new ideas and think differently about their life and work. Much like ripples our lives have several undulating moments which create questions often left unanswered. The speeches of such extraordinary minds stimulate us to find answers within ourselves and around us.

Adline Castelino is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder, with a bachelor's degree in business administration up her sleeve. Adline was crowned as Miss Diva 2020. She will represent India at the Miss Universe 2020 Pageant. Castelino is an active social worker who often leaves behind ripples of positivity among all. She works with a welfare organisation called ‘Vikas Sahyog Pratishthan’ VSP which functions to provide a sustainable livelihood for farmers, to curb farmers suicides and inequality.

Mr. Anirudh Damani is the Managing Partner at Artha Venture Fund. His professional journey started with an extremely humble beginning where he went from door to door in West Texas' streets to convince homeowners to switch their electricity provider to Stream Energy. He is also the Founder of Artha Group of Companies and an active blogger on the Indian startup ecosystem. He has a double major in economics and business administration from Austin College.

Mrs. Pooja Banerjee is an Indian actress with impeccable style and envying fashion sense, having a successful career. She stepped into the industry with MTV Roadies. She has also been a part of numerous TV shoes and web series. She has represented Maharashtra at a national level swimming competition. Count it as her adventurous high she once swam in the 14 km river race at the river Hooghly and the 5km sea race at the Arabian Sea. This passion of hers clearly got showcased in her performance as Rewa Mathur, an Olympic Swimmer trainee in The Swim Team. She has also been a part of sporty reality shows like Box Cricket League and Nach Baliye. She is married to Olympian swimmer and recipient of the Arjuna Award, Sandeep Sejwal who won a bronze medal in the 2014 Asian Games.

Ms. Pooja Khanna is an interior/furniture designer advocating for special needs with her daughter. Pooja is a mum to Norah who is reframing the interpretation of life with her extra chromosome. Pooja’s daughter was diagnosed with down syndrome at birth. They are celebrating differences and changing the narrative that exists around special needs. Their family is a perfect example of finding positivity through every Ripple of Life.
