Functional Group being the theme of our ted talk itself opens us to a wide spectrum of topics.
The word functional group showcases the idea that like in the discipline of chemistry where all functional group have their own characteristics and when they attach themselves with any molecule or carbon chain that gives a particular property to that compound. Similarly we want to project this idea that all humans themselves are a functional group who have their own characteristics or personalities and when they attach themselves or join any team related to any field or any society they will have an impact on it. Making it a more diverse Functional group are the different fragment of our society.
Through our Ted Talk we would be emphasizing on the wide range of topics which includes from being a team man to control radicalism to exploring different ways to control intolerance in our society.
