In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Anthony started obsessing about Mobility as Marketing while having dinner at an empty restaurant. He started thinking of new ways to fill seats. Cedric Dumont

Cedric Dumont is a pioneer in base-jumping and wingsuit flying. He has been a member of the Red Bull team since 2000. In extreme environments where one is expected to quickly assess risks, hyper-awareness has been the foundation of his consistent performance and survival - it's fly or die! On top of being an action sports athlete, Cedric also graduated in High Performance Psychology. He spends his time leading expeditions, flying, speaking, writing and consulting for elite athletes and major companies all over the world.

João de Sousa

João de Sousa is a singer, guitarist and composer valued on the Polish music scene. He comes from Porto, Portugal and his lusophone roots have a significant impact on the music he creates although fascinations with other genres such as jazz and world music, freely move him away from fado. He seeks inspiration everywhere - in electronic music, hip-hop, reggae - transforming their elements into their own musical language. João collaborated with Andrzej Smolik, Mikromusic and many jazz artists. His songs were featured in the 'RAM Cafe vol. 7' radio album and also in the 'Siesta vol. 11' by Marcin Kydryński. He also performed with an orchestra.

Magdalena Król

Magdalena Król is a scientist, passionate about experimental oncology. Her major field of study is veterinary. With a significant background gained on prestigious universities, Magdalena is a laureate of multiple scientific awards and scholarships. In 2017, Magdalena earned the European Research Councils’ grant. Thanks to the award, scientific team under her leadership conducts a research project aimed into a closer examination of the “TRAIN” phenomenon, and its usage within oncology field.

Mateusz Franczak

A multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, improviser, and a member of Giorgio Fazer, HOW HOW, and Daktari. He has collaborated with such musicians as: Hugo Race, Piotr Kurek, Patryk Zakrocki, Paweł Szamburski, Hubert Zemler, and Resina among others. He is a co-founder of and a participant in numerous interdisciplinary artistic projects and workshops (including SIM - The School for Improvisational Music, NY, USA). He has performed at major music and art festivals in Poland and abroad, including: Eurosonic Noorderslag, OFF Festival, Enea Spring Break, Zandari Festa, JazzFest Berlin, c / o pop Festival, Open'er Festival, Polish Radio New Tradition Festival, or the New Jewish Music Festival. In 2016, he started collaborating with visual artists, including Weronika Ławniczak and Pola Dwurnik. After his well-received debut "long story short" Mateusz Franczak returns with the new material "Night-night". The album was released in April 2018 by too many fireworks records, and it is available on CD and vinyl.

Michał Przerwa - Tetmajer

Michał Przerwa-Tetmajer is a guitarist, vocalist, song writer and composer. His music integrates variety of styles, including folk, jazz, blues and ragtime. Tetmajer's discography consists of 6 albums with Jazzpospolita (TEDxWarsaw 2017), a jazz album 'Doktor filozofii' and a LP 'Dla domu i ogrodu' with Niskie ciśnienie (TEDxWarsaw 2016). www.tetmajer.pl

Symuluje komputerowo i analizuje systemy techno-społeczne. Naukowo zajmuje się complex systems. Realizował badania m.in. w programie „Future and emerging technologies”. Stworzył narzędzia wykorzystywane w ONZ i West Point. Ostatnio jednak najbardziej fascynuje go “fizyczność programowania”. Temu poświęca najwięcej czasu. Jest twórcą pionierskich na polskim rynku edukacyjnym programów kształcenia łączących informatykę z naukami humanistycznymi i twórczym wykorzystaniem technologii. Jest współtwórcą i kierownikiem pierwszych w Polsce studiów podyplomowych CreativeCoding.pl w ramach których projektanci i artyści uczą się wykorzystywania kodowania, budowania obwodów elektronicznych i fabrykacji cyfrowej od tworzenia interaktywnych instalacji, obiektów, czy prototypowych produktów. Jego wizualizacje naukowe i instalacje interaktywne prezentowane były m.in. w Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej, Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej, Galerii BOZAR i Teatrze Nowym.
