The second edition of TEDxEBS will be again run under the successful two block structure we introduced last year. We will begin early in the morning when the workshops and innovation fair takes place. Afterwards, you will be welcomed to the stage where our many speakers will hold speeches on this year's topic: The Turning Point.

Dr. Kerstin Humberg is the founder of a mission-driven Startup which is pioneering by using positive psychology. Dr. Humberg is a trained journalist and certified consultant in Applied Positive Psychology. She also holds a PhD in Economic Geography from Cologne University.

Sadi Yildrim

Sadi Yildirim is a political refugee from Turkey who came during 2016 to Germany. Coming from a Diplomat family he had a unique experience when arriving in Germany and has seen how refugees are being treated here himself. He explained what needs to change so that refugee’s dignity is not harmed as he had to experience.

Stefano Bronzato

Stefano Bronzato is a young model originally from Verona that has had a great passion for magic and illusions. When he was a child, his uncle showed him a simple trick with a toothpick and a napkin. The young Stefano was so deeply impressed that he decided that when he grows up he would let others experience the same excitement by performing tricks aswell. Today he has had various performances on television in which he wows his crowds with street magic.

Sunny Miller

Sunny Miller is a kindergarten teacher, that has suffered from gender dysphoria . He discussed his personal journey and how the society might need to change their behavior to people that are or have been in his situation.
