Arjun Bhat is the co-founder of Travspire. He started travelling as a teenager, making journeys all over south India on buses and trains with his family. As soon as he started earning a salary after college, he invested in a second hand car and travelled all over north India. Since then, his hunger for travel has only grown and he has become more interested in photography, a way to document his travels.

Gerry Martin started his career under the guidance of Romulus Whitaker at the Madras Crocodile Bank Trust in 1995. He runs The Gerry Martin Project – a company that focuses on enabling environmental and wildlife research and conservation. The Gerry Martin Project works closely with individuals, communities and organisations to create platforms for research and conservation. He has worked in educational reform, television and eco-tourism over the last decade and a half. He firmly believes in inclusive approaches to conservation and social change that demonstrate and enable benefit and relevance to grass-root stakeholders in rural India.

Kaushik Mudda, however thought differently.This 23-year-old engineering graduate realised his love for machines by co-founding his very own start-up: Ethereal Machines. Ethereal Machines manufactures CNC Routers. These are the most cost-effective CNC Routers one can find in the market.Kaushik says “Not all ventures can be successful, but this is the safest age (early youth) to fail wherein one doesn’t have a lot of responsibilities in terms of family and money commitments.”

He is currently the CEO of ReapBenefit. Mr.D'Souza's career began when he started, working as a software developer for an agro firm for whom he designed a compact Gherkin Sorting Machine which revolutionized their business. He has since then invented the Mechanical Perpetual Calendar, Three Large Date Display Mechanisms, etc. He then began working on trying to make the lives of visually impaired individuals easier which eventually led to the invention of the Multi-Line Refreshable Braille Display which has about 9 patents which are yet to be approved. Paul believes in using his creativity to benefit those who can reach great heights with a little assistance.

Playing since 2013, Perfect Strangers - The Band dabbles and specializes in Melodic Rock (Classic, Blues, Jazz) with progressive overtone and music which is influenced by all that was good about the 70s, 80s and 90s. With over 52 shows, they continue to rock venues that appreciate and promote good rock music. The band comprises of 5 members, almost equidistant from each other in age; Arvind – Drums, Debjeet - Lead Guitar and vocals, Shaapla - Lead vocals, Prashant-Bass and Backing vocals, Manu - Keyboardist and backing vocals.
