Bruce Organ
Manager at Vehicle Emissions Testing and Research Centre Hong Kong
Since 2011 Bruce has set up and established a new testing and research laboratory with the goal to improve air quality in Hong Kong. Projects undertaken there support Hong Kong Government environmental protection and transport departments, university research programmes and industrial testing of pollution control systems.
Prior to this he worked extensively in the automotive engineering field in design & development, production, quality and facility management. He’s also worked as specialist consultant for industry on commercial systems, applications & investigations and for governments to validate vehicle compliance to international standards.
Cathryn Donohue
Assistant Professor & Undergraduate Coordinator of the Department of Linguistics, The University of Hong Kong
Dr. Cathryn Donohue received a first class honours degree in Linguistics from the Australian National University, focussing on Chinese tones. She continued her research on Chinese tones at the University of Hong Kong as a Commonwealth Scholar. She received her PhD in Linguistics from Stanford University and is now an assistant professor at the University of Hong Kong.

Melissa Mowbray-d’Arbela

A co-founder of PathFinders, and now also of VOICE and Equalizers, her pro-bono work focuses on finding pathways to safety, against the odds, for women and children in peril.
Merrin Pearse

Dr. Merrin Pearse is a Sustainability Strategist that is passionate about re-connecting people with nature. He grew up on a farm in New Zealand and studied Land Surveying, which enabled him to be involved in projects on all continents including Antarctica. During the 8 years he has lived with his wife in HK’s wonderful Mui Wo, he has been active within the environmental community.
