World is a dynamic place and a lot happens daily, many usual and many unusual. We at XLRI have planned to conduct a TED Salon event to primarily ignite the discussion of the young minds keeping this in mind. Often innovation happens in those places where you least expect them to be. Brilliant minds revel in this isolation and persevere to bring to life their remarkable ideas. They choose to make their own way towards excellence instead of taking the beaten path. We have used this as inspiration for our theme for the first TEDxXlri Salon talk.This event is a platform to discuss off the beaten track happenings and how they inspire and bring the change in us as human being.
