Integrity represents the foundation of honesty, uprightness, and staying true to one’s values. In this event, we explore how integrity shapes personal character, guides decisions, and influences the world around us. Through talks and discussions, we aim to inspire a deeper understanding of what it means to live with integrity, and how this principle can lead to a more authentic and meaningful life.

CHENG-YI LIAO

speaker
People always describe things through adjectives, and these adjectives become labels. I am Liao Cheng-Yi. Throughout my educational journey, I have experienced many ups and downs and have often been influenced by mainstream societal values. In my attempts to break free from these frameworks and tear off the labels that define me, I can’t help but reflect on the existence of labels—are they really all negative?

Chun-Hsuan Lo

speaker
My name is Luo Jun-Hsuan. I may not be a naturally talented person, but I am certainly someone who works hard. While others may understand something after just one look, it often takes me three times as long to truly grasp it. Over the past three years, I have frequently found myself starting over after one failure after another. For example, during the TED speaker selection in the second year of junior high, I was once dismissed, and there was a time when I considered giving up on the stage altogether. Looking back now, I am truly grateful for the part of myself that was willing to get up again after each setback. Today, the efforts I have put in have borne fruit, and I have become a TED speaker. I hope to share my story and inspire even more people!

HSIN LEE

speaker
Li Hsin, a film producer, graduated from the Department of Film at National Taiwan University of Arts. She has participated in the production and directing teams of several film and television projects in Taiwan. Notably, as a producer, she worked on the short film "Looking at the Sea," which was nominated for Best Short Film at the Golden Horse Awards and won Best Supporting Actor. She has also served as a specialist in the International Marketing Department of Public Television Service.

Jun-Jie Qiu

speaker
Hello everyone, I am Qiu Jun-Jie from Class 3-2 in the Business Department! I really enjoy performing, whether it's hosting or showcasing talents; I have a strong passion for it. I once served as the host for a dormitory dinner, and although I was very nervous at first, I gained a lot from the experience. I hope to become even better in this area. In the future, I plan to study in the Mass Communication program, so you could say I am already starting my learning journey now!

KAI-WEI LIAO

speaker
I am Liao Kai-Wei from Class 2-8 of the junior high department. I came to Mingdao to discover myself, so I make an effort to participate in various activities, hoping to find my interests through these experiences. I really enjoy the stage; expressing myself on stage and immersing myself in the atmosphere is something I cherish. However, finding a balance between exploration and academic responsibilities is a significant challenge I currently face. Through the theme of "Sincerity," I hope to share my story.

Tsun-Yen Lin

speaker
I graduated from Mingdao's Design Group and am currently the head of Times Players, where I mainly create trophies for major professional esports events in Taiwan.

Yi Yun Chen

Speaker
When I was in junior high, I was playful and carefree, which led many people around me to feel disappointed in me, and even I gave up on myself. However, during the summer before entering high school, I began to reflect on my journey and started searching for that inner voice within me. Through sharing my story, I hope to encourage others who are in the same situation, and help them realize they too can become the person they aspire to be. When facing setbacks, I want them to know it's okay to give themselves another chance to start over!

YU-XIAN LI

speaker
I am someone who is passionate about challenging myself in various areas, and I have a great love for cooking. Additionally, I am very organized and enjoy planning my daily life to make it fulfilling, maximizing every moment. I also like to participate in various competitions. I achieved fourth place in the regional preliminaries of the 53rd National Skills Competition, received an award in the 112th Academic Year Business Skills Competition, won a gold medal in the regional competition of the 54th National Skills Competition, and earned a bronze medal in the finals of the same competition. Beyond culinary competitions, I was also the only representative from the technical school to participate in the special awards for the context-based Min Nan speech competition in Taichung City during the 112th Academic Year. Through this sharing, I hope to inspire everyone to find their motivation for the future.
