Theme: Transitions

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Hello. My name is Bruno, and I am pursuing the IB program at the International School of Warsaw. When I was younger, I read a lot of comic books and never realized they could be very political. This year, I decided to participate in TEDx as a speaker. I believe this experience will help me develop social skills that I would not have learned otherwise.

My name is Ines Borjon Vallejo. I am a tenth-grade student who has been attending this school for a year and a half. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, and I love to read. I really enjoy learning about different cultures, especially through their mythology. In my free time, I enjoy aerial yoga as well as going out with my friends.

Hello, my name is Pavan, and I am in 11th grade at the International American School of Warsaw. I have always been intrigued by the power of AI and the wonders it can do, and I'm always excited to test out and try to understand new features related to AI immediately. In addition to my passion for AI, I love watching sci-fi movies and exploring how they portray AI in the future. My enthusiasm for technology drives me to constantly learn and understand the possibilities that AI holds for us. Outside of technology, I have a keen interest in sports, where I enjoy the thrill of competition and the spirit of teamwork. I am also fascinated by politics and how it shapes our society. As a TEDx speaker, I will share my knowledge and interests in AI and its impact on our world.

At the same time, I try to pay equal attention to my academic progress and give my best at my work. So, I've decided to do TedX this year to try something new, increase my general knowledge, and practice my public speaking, as it may be very helpful in the near future!
