Jesunifemi Ogundipe

Lead Consultant & CEO, Blue Corridor Consulting
Jesunifemi Ogundipe is an enthusiastic creative with 7+ years of experience in creative and inspirational writing. A profound storyteller on a mission to build a transgenerational value chain capable of reproducing itself in successions. As a result, she has authored 3 published books in 2017, 2020 and 2021 respectively all before the age of 25 on purpose, personal development and self-discovery. Due to her passion for mental health and overall well-being, Jesunifemi started an Emotional Health Not-for-Profit Initiative in December 2019 called “Hearts and Mats”, to facilitate intimate conversations, healing and community. This movement was the template upon which her Emotional Wellness Company, Blue Corridor Consulting Limited, was established in January 2021. Blue Corridor has helped to build a robust emotional intelligence framework for organizations through practical and meticulously detailed private and group sessions.

John Akalagboro

Founder, Kadosh Mechatronics
John Akalagboro is a visionary leader and the founder of Kadosh Mechatronics and the Kadosh Innovation Hub/Makerspace. He is a highly accomplished innovator and researcher specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and embedded systems. In addition to his professional achievements, John is a business strategist and advocate for the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in shaping the future of Africa's technological landscape. He focuses on developing innovative products that seamlessly integrate software and hardware solutions for the Nigerian and African markets. John is also dedicated to extensive coaching and mentorship, empowering the next generation of engineers and business leaders. He consults for diverse organizations, including One Million Leaders Africa (OMLA), and is currently a co-founder of the GreenBuildAfrica Initiative, which develops affordable STEM kits for underserved children using plastic and electronic waste.

Oluwatoyosi Oyebiyi

Soil Scientist, Researcher, and Environmental Consultant
Oluwatoyosi O. Oyebiyi holds a PhD in Soil Science with 9 years of experimental research experience and significant expertise. He is a committed and knowledgeable research fellow with specialization in Soil Genesis, Classification and Land Use. He is extensively learned in theoretical and experimental work to evaluate soil fertility and providing recommendations on best management practices, including optimal fertilizer application rates, to enhance soil productivity. He is a confident presenter, able to impart complex information to diverse audiences and an eagerness to learn and improve. At the Institute for Sustainable Development, he focuses on making the environment safe and eco-friendly, addressing environmental challenges in Nigeria, and aligning with global sustainability goals. His research emphasizes soil health, fertility, and sustainable management, considering cultural customs and indigenous knowledge.

Omolara Animashawun

Cybersecurity Analyst
Omolara Animashawun is on a mission to become an adept leader in the cybersecurity space and corporate governance. Graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Ibadan and on the verge of receiving her master's degree from the University of Lagos. Omolara has since found her passion in the world of cybersecurity, where she started out over half a decade ago in identity and access management. In her spare time, Omolara enjoys working with young people who are currently trying to transition into the tech space, with a focus on young women, or reading to consistently upskill and gain momentum in her chosen field. Omolara currently works as a cybersecurity analyst here in Nigeria.

Orire Agbaje

Research Assistant and Analyst, Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee
Orire Agbaje studied economics at the University of Ibadan. She has interest in accounting, finance including taxation. Her activities cut across leading organisations including the Tax Club UI and Student Entrepreneurship Innovation Hub (SEIH). She believes in providing solutions to societal problems through challenging the creative mind, this led to the mobilisation of various creative and mind shifting programs, the recent one is the Cocoa pitch. She is a fellow at Africans who invest and was appointed to be on the Presidential fiscal policy and tax reforms committee. Orire is quite versatile and does not limit herself to things around her. Apart from studies, Orire is a lover of football and she participates in athletics.

Theophilus Osifo

Educational Development Strategist and Learning Expert
Theophilus Osifo is an Educational Development Strategist and Learning Expert with over eight years of experience, specializing in innovation, capacity building, strategy, and learning development. He co-founded De Rehoboth Educational Consult in Yola, Adamawa State, to bridge educational gaps and create skill acquisition opportunities for youth in Northern Nigeria. His innovative approach integrates scenario-based learning, problem-solving, technology, and vocational skills into curriculum delivery, impacting over 250 youths and 20 schools in STEAM education. He champions socio-economic empowerment through projects like SkillUp and BrainBox, which have equipped numerous young adults and children with vocational and technological skills. As CEO of Kareerday, an EdTech startup, he advances career readiness for young Africans while pursuing an MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, USA.

Williams Alamu

Digital Designer
Williams Alamu is a digital designer who enjoys crafting user interfaces with captivating aesthetics. He collaborates remotely with diverse teams to create unique digital experiences. Having demonstrated immense expertise and contributions across the web design and development industry, he became in 2024, a member of the Awwwards Young Jury in a panel of leading digital creatives. He is a recipient of multiple awards and has also garnered recognition on international platforms like Webflow, Muzli, CSS Design Awards. He currently works at The Maker Studio Inc where he designs digital products and doubles as a design partner at Balky Studio.
