'Ecosilience’ is a term we came up with. This term combines ‘ecosystem’ and ‘resilience’ to emphasise the interconnectedness of environmental health and societal strength, reflecting a holistic approach to living.

Abhay Fulke

Dr. Abhay B. Fulke is a senior scientist and researcher at CSIR, specializing in marine ecosystems, climate change, microbiology, and biotechnology. Dr. Fulke brings a wealth of knowledge and a passionate commitment to environmental preservation. He has invented a biodiesel reactor that uses algae to produce diesel in an eco-friendly manner.

Amol Muzumdar

Mr Muzumdar has had an illustrious career as a batsman and athlete and is now the head coach of the Indian women’s cricket. He debuted as a cricketer in 1998 in the Ranji Trophy tournament scoring 260 runs in the first match of his career, contributing to the marginal victory that followed. It was after that victory that he held the world record for ‘any player on their debut in first-class cricket’. He was also the captain of the Mumbai Ranji Trophy team in 2006, where the team won a nearly impossible series of matches with his guidance and leadership.

Beverly Louis

Founder-Mann & Karmann
Ms. Beverly Louis Founder, Mann & Karmann Ms. Louis began her journey 20 years ago, training individuals with disabilities, which evolved into her life's purpose. Through her efforts and those of her team, they've enabled over 500 people with disabilities to attain financial independence by providing job-specific training and placement opportunities. After gaining deep insights into the lives of the intellectually challenged from low-income families, Ms. Louis and her team recognised that these young adults were inherently capable. They were quick to learn through imitation and possessed an untapped potential. The conviction that they deserved to experience all that life has to offer sparked the idea of Mann whose early mission was wanting them to experience the world just as much as we do, but this gradually evolved into a larger goal of integrating them into their families, communities, workplaces and society.

Manas Rath

Mr. Rath, the founder of LEAP Cities, started as a keen MIT and Sloan School of Management graduate. His passion for making a change grew into a mission to advocate sanitation and provide wastewater treatment to build a better, cleaner society. Mr. Manas Rath has collaborated with governments and multiple NGOs to promote his vision. His endeavour to educate the upcoming youth is an inspiration to new generations to uphold our moral responsibility.

Ritu Rathod

Ms Rathod is a passionate English and Creative Writing mentor with an unwavering commitment to nurturing talent. With over 35 years of experience, her journey has taken her from the vibrant classrooms of Mumbai to the diverse landscapes of New York, influencing the lives of more than 10,000 students worldwide. Ms Ritu’s purpose revolves around empowering individuals to master the art of effective communication. She is the founder of ‘Moonlight Musings’ and has authored a book called ‘Take your time! What’s the Rush’. Beyond her roles at esteemed institutions like Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai, and St. Ignatius Loyola, New York, she dedicated her time to nurturing the self-esteem and communication skills of women and men who seek to overcome language barriers, through workshops across India.

Ruhaanika Dhawan

Child Actor
Ms Dhawan began her acting debut with ‘Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein’ on Indian TV. She later featured Ruhi/Pihu Bhalla in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ She holds the title of the ‘Most Popular Child Artiste’ at the Indian Telly Awards and has showcased her brilliant talent in this field by performing in over six TV shows and a special appearance in the 2014 Jai Ho.
