At TEDxAmity University Noida, we embark on this moon-inspired journey in 2023, especially when Chandrayaan-3 accomplishes the journey from ‘cycle se chaand tak’. We will explore the moon’s influence on our lives, both personal and professional, delving into the parallels between its phases and the stages of human existence.

Aayush Mohan

Sarod Maestro
Hailed as "one of the finest Sarod Players" by Bedford Today, Aayush Mohan has enthralled music lovers across the globe with his mesmerizing performances on the 25-stringed Sarod. Along with his brother Lakshay Mohan, the two are the first Indian musicians to be invited to perform at the Grammy Museum, Los Angeles. Aayush Mohan is a grand-disciple of Bharat Ratna Pandit Ravi Shankar and has taken training from eminent Gurus of the Maihar Gharana - Pt. Balwant Rai Verma, Padmabhushan Smt. Sharan Rani, Pt. Tejendra Majumdar and Gundecha Brothers.

Dadi Pudumjee

Modern Puppeteer
Dadi Pudumjee, an accomplished Indian puppeteer, received the prestigious Padma Shri in 2011 and the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1992. With a noteworthy performance at the 1972 Festival Mondial des Théâtres de Marionnettes in France, he made significant contributions to the field by working on the puppet serial HUN-HAN (1975-1976) for the Indian Space Applications Organization. In 1980, he established India's first modern puppet repertory theatre - Shri Ram Centre Puppet Repertory.

Grp Capt. Dr. VN Jha

Gp Capt V N Jha has worked at the Defence Bioengineering and Electromedical Laboratory (DEBEL), Defence Research and Development Organisation, Min of Def, Govt of India. He has been in Research & Development of Life Support Technologies. His last project was 'Design and Development of Integrated Life Support Equipment for LCA aircraft'. He has since retired from Govt service. He has written a book "Aeromedical Considerations in the Designs of Aviator's Life Support Equipment”.

Harjot Kaur

Harjot Kaur (RuaaKayy) is a singer, and sound engineer known for her popular songs, including "Jedha Nasha - 96M views", “Main Ishq Mein Hoon - 13M views”. She gained recognition as a contestant on The Voice India and was previously nominated for the Mirchi Music Awards in the category of Critics' Choice Upcoming Female Vocalist of The Year. She recently won the Song Engineer - Recording & Mixing award at MMA 2023 for Kesariya song.

Shlovij holds the record for writing the most original song to start with the Hindi alphabet 'ब'.

She also did a solo song in Har Har Byomkesh, followed by an advertisement commercial for La’ffaire Sarees, a luxury brand in handlooms. She has received very many awards including the prestigious Smt. Krisha Hangal Memorial Award. With an incredible reach of 10.5k followers on Instagram, she is the founder of the NGO Saishinjini Academy, where she has held many workshops regarding nurturing her passion for art.

Shivam Bansal

Shivam has set the Guinness World Record for solving 48 - 3x3 Rubik’s Cube blindfolded. He is also a part of a niche band of astrophotographers in India who combine their passion for photography with their fascination for the universe, hunting distant galaxies and nebulae, recording celestial events such as phases of Venus, and chasing eclipses across the world. He has recently been shortlisted for the solar system category as The Indian Astrophotographer Of The Year 2023. Shivam has also broken two Asian Records and 19 National Records.

Sonal was the award winner (2020-21) for Program Lead of Astrostays for “Community Development Through Tourism” at the IIPT’s 5th annual international “Celebrating Her” awards for exceptional women in travel & and tourism.

Swati Ganeti

Swati Ganeti, Founder of SoftClay and Director of UG Programme - Masters' Union brings her extensive background in engineering and consulting to the Edtech sector. A Wharton Class of 2019 alumna, she played a pivotal role at White Hat Junior as Chief of Staff to CEO Karan Bajaj, founded her own Edtech venture Soft Clay, and is now leading the Undergraduate program at Masters' Union. She's featured in the Wharton India Economic Forum Podcast, sharing insights into India's evolving education sector.

Her creations grace Novica (a National Geographic partner site) and FineArtAmerica. With 13.3k Instagram followers and a 32,000-member strong Facebook group, Vidushini can delve into the multifaceted Moon symbolism in Madhubani art, preserving and sharing its rich heritage.

Vishesh Kalimero

Vishesh Kalimero is a musician and workshop leader from Delhi, India. He has traveled extensively in Asia and Europe collecting sounds, and instruments, performing concerts and facilitating workshops at music festivals, culture centres, art houses, and meditation centres, His vision lies in pushing and inspiring all to connect with their intuitive expression and thus create and find their sound to discover the magic that music can bestow. His theme of work is influenced from tribal and folk traditions but presented with an experimental approach.
