Anna Mullens

Communications Strategist & Storyteller
Anna Mullens, M.A., is a communications strategist, writer, producer, and storyteller. Holding a Master's Degree in Professional Communications and multiple certifications in coaching and marketing, she brings a well-rounded expertise to her work. Believing firmly in the power of stories to drive human progress, Anna has equipped hundreds of visionaries and leaders with the skills to share their stories—online, onstage, or in print. Her proprietary approach merges cutting-edge communications, deep insights into human motivation, a reverence for courageous leadership, and a personal passion for inclusivity. This dedication earned her The Founder's Award in her graduating class at Royal Roads University and has led to exciting work opportunities with global experts in well-being, like Deepak Chopra and Jay Shetty. She resides in British Columbia, Canada, with her husband and daughters, where she continues to inspire and lead change, using stories to foster connection and understanding.

April Kuramoto

Environmental Educator
April works as a writer and storylistener, who previously served many families as a birth doula. With a Master’s Degree in Environmental Education, she loves nature and the stories held in places. Her research focus was an ecofeminist and decolonizing approach to gathering women’s lived experiences of relationship with the land and the transformative power in kinship. April’s interests include: culture, ceremony, books and plants. A mother and activist, she is passionate about holding equitable circular space for emergent conversations through a restorative (justice) praxis. An award winning speaker, instructor and facilitator April has built a life and career out of her love for tea and conversations.

Carla Cuglietta

Educator, Facilitator, Speaker
Carla Cuglietta is an award-winning educator and facilitator focused on leadership development. She is the President of IN.FORM, a leadership development company, and co-founder of YoungLeaders.World, a global non-profit. Her focus is helping people understand leadership to navigate their future. In 2018-2019, Carla conducted an extensive 18-month global research project across 15 countries, focused on understanding the rapidly evolving world of work. Over the last 23 years her leadership and educational projects have included work in Canada, China, India, Sierra Leone and Uganda. Carla has been awarded the Canadian Prime Minister’s Certificate of Achievement and the University of Alberta Alumni of Distinction, the YWCA Woman of Distinction, and the Lions Club International Humanitarian Award for her leadership work. Carla is a graduate from the University of Alberta (BEd., BPE) and holds a Masters (MA) in Global Leadership from Royal Roads University.

Dapo Bankole

Canadian Leader in Immigrant Life Education
Dapo is an IT professional, writer, podcaster, and community builder. Drawing from his own challenging experience of integrating into Canada, he transformed this adversity into a mission for change, becoming a dedicated advocate and support for first-generation Canadian immigrants. With more than 23 years of IT experience, he is an expert problem-solver in business analysis, project leadership, business process automation, and software product development. Dapo drives innovation as the President of Mopheth Systems Corp., a black-owned tech enterprise in Calgary. Dapo’s positive impact extends to the boardroom, where he serves as a Director on the board of Windmill Microlending and Momentum Community Economic Development Society. Dapo’s boundless dedication and impressive track record make him a vital asset to his community. He calls Calgary, the Blue Sky City, home, where he lives with his wife, Buki, and their three incredible boys.

Dr. Graeme Mitchell

Dr. Sarah Lea

Physician & Certified Executive Coach
Dr. Sarah Lea is a family physician and certified executive coach. Originally from Prince Edward Island, she completed her medical school training at Dalhousie University in 2010 after completing a Masters of Science in Community Health and Epidemiology. Part-time physician, part-time coach, and full-time mama of three beautiful boys and two fur babies, Sarah lives with her husband on Lekwungen territory spending her free time hiking, biking and generally enjoying the great outdoors.

Marcia Turner

Tsu’malit, CEO/Founder
Marcia Turner, Tsu’malit is Gitxsan and mother of four grown sons. She is the CEO/Founder of award-winning company Daxgedim Haanak’ Nation Building and works with a diverse range of Indigenous organizations, public agencies, non-profit organizations, governments, and post-secondary institutions in BC. Specializing in systems change, Marcia’s work is deeply rooted in ancestral values and Indigenous rights-based frameworks to equalize Indigenous knowledge systems and amplify Indigenous voices. She’s been invited by governments and various organizations to support Reconciliation strategies, created the Diploma in Indigenous Community Development and Governance, University of Victoria, and is the former Associate Vice-President Indigenous for Vancouver Island University. Marcia holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership, Royal Roads University, and Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, University of Victoria.

Sarah Crawford-Bohl

Healthcare Leader & Facilitator
With over two decades of diverse leadership experience, Sarah Crawford-Bohl is a seasoned healthcare executive, facilitator, and dynamic TEDx speaker. Leveraging her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria, a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and multiple certificates in change management, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution, Sarah excels at leading in complex environments and effectively supporting teams through transitions. Sarah is passionate about innovation, collaborating to drive meaningful improvement, and enabling people to achieve their highest potential. Based on Vancouver Island, Sarah enjoys adventuring outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and their Whoodle, named Jolene.

Zab Vilayil

Conflict Negotiator & School Administrator
Zab is an experienced Educator and Conflict Early Warning specialist. He is passionate about building bridges between communities, drawing insights from his upbringing in the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent. His formal education is further enriched by Harvard's Program on Negotiation. His innovative use of mapping technology in conflict zones spanned East to West Africa. His contributions have been instrumental in supporting organizations such as the U.S. Department of State, ECOWAS, and the United Nations, particularly in the realms of risk assessment and conflict transformation. He currently brings this experience to serve as Administrator of Community and Culture in a K-12 school in Lower Mainland, BC. Zab’s impactful initiatives have led to speaking engagements at venues such as the United Nations in New York and Google in Mountain View, California.
