In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

As an endless learner, she has sought experiences around the world being able to study, work and volunteer in more than 10 countries across 3 continents. She has a B.A in Visual Arts with a concentration in Urbanization and a minor in Filmmaking in New York University Abu Dhabi. She has also studied an MBA with EUDE University in Madrid. She participated in the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative, which gave her the opportunity to have an educational and job experience in Notre Dame University and South Bend, respectively. Ale currently works in El Salvador for brands and clients across de globe as a creative director. She is also founder of the arts’ platform Casa Carmen; a mini-series film project created in collaboration with scenic artists of the region. Ale shares a natural interest with theatre and film, likes to play music and brew coffee in the mornings.

Es abogado de profesión. Fue seminarista con los legionarios de Cristo 6 años y actualmente es profesor de bioética, religión católica y antropología filosófica. Es miembro del Regnum Christi desde hace 15 años y es formador en temas de vocación, teología, filosofía, moral, defensa de la vida, sacramentos, familia entre otros. Da acompañamiento espiritual y es formador de Escuela de la Fe para grupos parroquiales.

Esposo de Anaid, papá de José Rubén y de Diego. Amante del futbol, de la comida y convencido que en los años que estamos en la tierra podemos marcar y cambiar la vida de muchas personas.
