In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Dr.Sougand Akbarian

English language professor
Dr. Sougand Akbarian is an Iranian assistant professor at Sharda University Uzbekistan. She is an English language professor; researcher and scholar of English language teaching, translation, and cultural studies who has presented and published her papers and articles at national and international conferences around the world; she is a bestselling translator and author of Indian literature, as she is known author by her bestselling book SouganDilli (Indo-Iranian Adhuri Kahani, An Incomplete Indo-Iranian Story); she is CEO and founder of Sougand Akbarian publications; and she is a TEDx speaker.

Fuzayljon Zarifullayev

Greetings! I am Fuzayljon Zarifullayev, a 12-year-old resident of Chirchiq city in the Tashkent region. I proudly serve as the Future Prime Minister in my imaginative world. During the 2020-2021 academic years, I was the head of education at Chirchiq City Public School No. 21, as recognized by the Kamalak Children's Organization of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I clinched first place in the city stage of the "Best School Leader" competition organized by Kamalak, later securing second place at the regional level. Simultaneously, I attend the specialized school under the ITMA system in the Bustanlik district, Tashkent region. My interests extend beyond academics; I thrive in intellectual games. In 2021, I earned the title of "Best School Leader" in the intellectual game "Zakovat" held in Qibray district, Tashkent region. In 2023, I organized the "Zakovat—Kids" competition for students in grades 5-6 at my current school. Additionally, I had the privilege of being a speaker in the TEDx project. As an active member of my school's "Eco-Zamin" team, I contributed to the "Eco-Zakovat" initiative at Muhammad al-Khwarizmi School in Tashkent. One of my primary interests is writing. I produced an audio version of "Koinot Javohiri," the winning work of the "Best Book for Children and Youth" by Sadullo Quronov. I've also authored the fantastic story "Ahmad F-2110 Spaceship" and other narratives. Let's embark on a journey of inspiration and exploration together!
