TEDxGoyang, themed "Urban Futures: The ESG Imperative," will explore the transformative role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles within urban settings. This expanded discourse will delve into the complexities of integrating sustainable practices in urban development, the critical importance of social equity and community engagement in city planning, and the necessity for transparent, accountable urban governance. Through a diverse array of talks and interactive sessions, we aim to unearth innovative solutions for resilient urban ecosystems, highlight successful case studies of ESG integration in metropolitan areas, and foster a collaborative environment for stakeholders across sectors to reimagine the future of our cities. This event is a call to action for urban planners, environmentalists, policymakers, and citizens to collectively drive the shift towards more sustainable, inclusive, and well-governed urban landscapes.
