WILL represents the will to transform, to innovate, to change, to be different and be better of Huế people, especially of young minds under the auspices of their experienced predecessors.
STILL embodies what has long been labelled as a deep-rooted identity of Huế & Huế people.

Exists within the theme a contrast.
May it be the contrast between what Huế really is and what it is labelled
May it be the contrast of the conventional and the breakthrough Huế
May it be the contrast of beliefs and ideals that different generations hold
May it be the contrast of past and future

Yet, embraced under the theme is a harmony.
Of those who lived through a conservative past and still live up to a change-oriented future
Of those who dare to prevail over the battle of elevating the spirits of innovation while keeping long-standing conventions
Of those who accept generational difference to leverage each other's role in fostering common core values

It is exactly what Huế is. Huế fuses the two realms, the two states in a harmonious contrast. Huế is where the will of the still is unveiled.

Chi joined The Tie as a Research Analyst in New York City in 2022. Previously, he led the crypto research analyst team of a $100M AUM family office investment fund from early 2020 until early 2021. After writing his first cryptocurrency research in early 2019, he has continued to publish research and blogs about the fundamentals of the blockchain industry until the present. Hồng Đăng, the 2nd Runner-up of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Economics from Pennsylvania State University. Her professional journey began on Wall Street, where she contributed her expertise to wealth management at Francis Financial. However, her true passion is to make people's lives better through mental wellness. She ventures into this realm as the founder of MultiverseMagic and Lắng workshop series with a focus on emotional management and mental wellness education in Vietnam. She has played a pivotal role as a collaborator and consultant for Ho Chi Minh City Peace and Development Foundation, Vietnam: The Moment forum, Vietnam Identity Survey project, and as an Ambassador for Teach for Vietnam. She has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Net Impact and the Clinton Foundation in the U.S. To date, she serves as a coach and consultant for over 1000 people around the world.

Keira Ngo holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with First-Class Honors from the University of Birmingham, UK. As a testament to her academic prowess, she has been selected as a finalist for the Fulbright Student Program, securing a spot in the Master in Psychotherapy (Couple & Family), cohort 2024-2026. In the realm of content creation, Keira has contributed as the Content Manager of the "Essential Psychology Program", a Writer at The PsychNotes and has showcased her versatility as a Host and Writer at Spiderum. Furthermore, she is a familiar pen in the Psychology and Society sections of reputable newspapers in Vietnam such as Dan Tri, Zing News, and Tien Phong. Dedicating herself to scientific pursuits, Keira has become a Scientific Research Assistant at the Institute of Social Development Studies. She moreover honed her research skills as a Research Assistant (RA) at the Institute of Social Development Studies - ISDS. Keira also used to be a Program Manager at Knowmads Hanoi.

His success has been an endless source of pride and inspiration for the people in Huế, who all have upheld the longstanding fondness for learning, and the thirst for knowledge conquest in today's youth. Above all, it narrates the journey of an individual enthusiastic about contributing to the continuous development of Huế’s education.

Luong Xuan Truong is a nationally acclaimed professional football player. He has brought glory to the country and satisfied fans with many impressive achievements: Runner-up at 2013 AFF U-19 Youth Championship; Runner-up at 2018 AFC U23 Asian Cup; 4th place at the 2018 Asian Games – Men's tournament; Champions of AFF Suzuki Cup 2018; The Silver Ball of Vietnam 2016.
