In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

She pursued her Bachelors at Westminster International University in Tashkent and won DAAD Scholarship to get her Master degree at Berlin School of Economics and Law. I am Madina, a junior at the British school of Tashkent. I’m only 16, yet I’m a dreamer; a visionary. With my dream of becoming an English Literature student and the skills I have while on stage, either performing or speaking; I crave to make the world a better place through the power of words and their influence. Writing, reading and the arts are my biggest passion, and had lead me through the journey of becoming a speaker for TedX, which I am grateful for. Furthermore, I’m very into music, i feel at peace with my guitar or bass at hand. Overall, it seems like the world needs people like us, the new generation to speak for our rights and our power to save the environment and the world itself.
