Our overall theme for this year’s TEDx is “Through Our Eyes”. While we were brainstorming the overarching motif of our speeches today, our team was inspired by the vast range of journeys that our peers have experienced. We felt compelled to highlight the various, unique relationships people have to their identities and self expression, and so our theme invites each speaker to communicate to us, the lens with which they perceive and navigate the world.
