His multifaceted talents have been acknowledged with prestigious awards such as the MATA Sanman and Zee Gaurav, further cementing his status as a luminary in the world of Indian entertainment.

Capt Aman Johri

Helicopter Pilot and UAV Entrepreneur

Capt Aman Johri is the Founder-CEO of an Aerospace & Defence Firm based in Mumbai. He develops next-generation technology related to jet propulsion, rocket science and space exploration. Aman is one of India’s leading experts in the domain of unmanned technology. Aman is an Airborne Tech Specialist, Astronautics Engineer, Helicopter Pilot, TedX Speaker, Air Crash Investigator and the youngest lifetime member of the prestigious Rotary Wing Society of India. Aman has previously worked on NASA related projects including rocket launches and has represented India at the United Nations. Aman has won several accolades like SKOCH Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 at the Parliament of India and Defense Innovation of the Year in 2022. Capt Aman is a licensed motorsport racer, rifle shooter and motivational speaker. He's also fondly known as India's Tony Stark.

Dr. Vinay Kothari

Our first speaker, Dr. Vinay Kothari is a visionary medical professional, forwent the allure of the American dream after acing the USMLE Exam, dedicating himself to elevating healthcare standards in India. His impactful journey encompasses pivotal roles in 250+ hospitals, including Saifee Hospital and Hiranandani Hospital. Recognized for pioneering India's inaugural Mother and Child Hospital model. Dr Kothari is a hospital planning design and management consultant who has provided Business Development Services to various hospitals across India. He is a TEV consultant with various banks, Hospital planner for government of Madhya Pradesh and Government of Maharashtra to review hospital designs and is also a member of the Executive Design team of NHSRC to design models for district sub district hospitals and rural hospitals. Additionally, he serves as an esteemed Associate Consultant for Big 4 firms, showcasing his multifaceted expertise in transforming India's healthcare landscape.

Natasha Bharadwaj

With an illustrious career spanning several decades, Mr. Shah has emerged as a seasoned leader and a visionary in the asset management industry. Known for his astute financial acumen and strategic insights, Mr. Nilesh Shah has played a pivotal role in steering Kotak AMC to new heights. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company's investment philosophy and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. A thought leader in the financial domain, Mr. Shah is often sought after for his expert opinions on economic trends, investment strategies, and market dynamics. Sanil Bhinde

Chef and Entrepreneur

Chef Sanil Bhinde started out his career from the prestigious Kohinoor IMI, school of Hotel Management where he stood out amongst his peers with his exceptional performance in hospitality and dining. Chef Sanil started of his career at the prestigious Taj group of hotels as a management trainee and then heading their kitchen at the flagship property shaping their dining experiences into one of the finest culinary works in the country today, including heading State Dinners for the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Hon’ble President and 27 other Heads of States. He has also represented India at the World Skills Abu Dhabi, mentored the team at World Skills Kazan and has helped the process by being a jury at the Maharashtra Skills and is a member of the First Culinary Team of India. Today he is the Founder-CEO of his own European style Cafe in Mumbai. This deep understanding has led to Sanil being one of the top thought leaders in culinary arts today.

Saswat Deb Barman

Social Experience Innovator

Mr. Saswat Deb Barman is an Experience Curator with expertise in designing and executing some of the biggest pop culture events in India. He currently heads India’s biggest Rock Music Festival- Bandland as the Head of Project. He is also a team lead for events like Lollapalooza and Westlife at BMS. Previously Saswat has served as Marketing Chief for leading brands like Gener8 Experiences and the Samma Music Festival in Kashmir. Saswat has also done phenomenal work with Echoes of Earth Music Fest making it India’s most sustainable festival. Saswat is also an Engineer who likes to dabble in community management with experience curation as he was the Community Lead for OnePlus India in launching their flagship smartphones and OnePlus TV. He has also served as the brains behind some of the biggest campaigns of MTV, VH1 and Comedy Central. Saswat really believes in the process of community thought getting influenced by experiences.

Avida has been passionately dedicated to the world of dance from the early age of 3. With an initial foundation in Ballet and Bharatnatyam, her journey has been a testament to dedication and artistic growth. Through a feature on Humans of Bombay, Avida stands as a consummate professional dancer, and the protagonist of a remarkable personal journey. Having experienced the richness of art and culture in various cities like Guwahati Singapore, Bangalore, and now Bombay, she has drawn profound inspiration from these diverse environments. As an alumnus of the prestigious Le Grand School of Dance, Swingers Dance School and many more, she possesses an innate love for the stage. Avida is now poised to embark on a new chapter in her artistic journey by venturing into the music industry as a Singer/Songwriter as now Avida aims to seamlessly merge music and movement, crafting compelling stories that resonate deeply with audiences and unite them through the universal language of emotions.
