Anna Willden

Mindset Coach, Podcaster
I'm Anna Willden, I used to struggle with an eating disorder, anxiety, and depression because my brain constantly felt I couldn't be happy until certain expectations I had would be met. This led me to feel like a victim in my life and that I had no control over my life experience. I was constantly ruminating and beating myself up and was told to be positive and grateful but I didn't know how because my brain didn't feel safe to be. I then met with LaMonte Wilcox and his daughter Mckelle who changed my entire life in an 8-hour intensive session. They taught me all about my brain and how I could reprogram it to feel safe to be happy now and let go of seeing certain results in my life. They taught me how this was actually the secret to reaching and achieving more because when you let go of results, your brain is less afraid of failure so you do more.

Brad Draper

Speaker, NLP Practitioner
I am a former Vp of Operations and Quality for a dietary supplement testing laboratory, having been in that space for 12 years. Being a high achieving individual, I had loftier goals than the road of the lab took me to… so I left. Why change the goal when you can change the path?! I went on a pursuit of finding my path and build a company around my patent, the only strength training equipment designed for physical therapy. I learned through my journey I was to pursue other passions and was to lease/sell my patent. My true calling is to speak on the stages of the world. Not being new to speaking in front of crowds, it comes naturally to me. I am starting a consultancy and also am the director of marketing and analytics for an rv company. I have been in the fitness space for 20 years and have actively been in the self development, mindset space for 5 years.
