Beth Norcross

With extensive education and experience in both spirituality and ecology, Beth Norcross founded and directs the Center for Spirituality in Nature, which encourages individuals and communities to develop deep and loving connections with the natural world. Through speaking, writing and leading programs, she offers important guidance for creating sustained, intimate, and reciprocal relationships with nature. Bringing to her work years of experience in the environmental field, Beth has written numerous articles and curricula related to ecology and spirituality, including a six-week video series she co-developed on The Spiritual Wisdom of Trees. Based on that series, she has co-authored a book with Leah Rampy - Discovering The Spiritual Wisdom of Trees – to be published in April 2025 by Broadleaf Books.

Cheyenne is an accomplished and charismatic women’s health advocate, author, and speaker with a passion for helping women regain their health and confidence. As founder of ExplantSecrets.com, she has become a leading authority on breast implant illness education, offering effective and affordable solutions to those in need. Cheyenne has been featured on FOX News, CNC, The Times, Women On Topp, and other major publications. When she's not empowering women to put their health first and embrace their natural beauty she can be found exploring the great outdoors with the love of her life Brad, and their three awesome kids.

Connor Joyce

Senior AI User Researcher/Author
Connor Joyce is the author of "Bridging Intentions to Impact" and a Senior User Researcher on the Microsoft Copilot Team, where he is advancing the design of AI-enhanced features. Passionate about driving meaningful change, Connor advocates that companies adopt an Impact Mindset, ensuring that products not only change behavior to satisfy user needs but also drive positive business outcomes. He is a contributor to numerous publications, advises emerging startups, and lectures at the University of Pennsylvania. Based in Seattle, Connor enjoys exploring the outdoors with his dog, Chai, and is a local event organizer.

Corinna Fales

Author/Editor/Activist
The daughter of Berlin Jews who barely escaped the Nazis, Corinna grew up at the first historically black university, where her father taught, and in the adjoining poor community. She lived and worked in Newark and Harlem, was jailed for sit-ins and civil rights organizing, and has personally witnessed pervasive abuse of Black folks. In 1995, Corinna began her writing/editing career with a published research report for the Library of Congress. Since then, she has served multiple educational and governmental entities as a writer/editor and authored two books on diversity-related issues. She delivered a keynote for MLK Day to the administrative personnel of Duke University’s hospitals and has been interviewed for podcasts and magazines. Her first book, Different: Our Universal Longing for Community, is interview-based and set at Lincoln University, where Corinna grew up.

Corinna Stoeffl

Corinna, a life coach and photographer, is a life-long learner and has a deep desire to go ever deeper into the mysteries of life. She shares her knowledge about Rites of Passage and what she learned from her experiences of them through speaking, writing, podcasting, workshops, group and individual work. A visionary thinker with an open mind, a different perspective, yet also pragmatic, she finds unusual approaches very interesting. Having learned to let go of her fixed beliefs, of conclusions and assumptions, she is willing to play with new ideas to see how well they work. Having participated in and guided Rites of Passage, Corinna is aware of the different levels of connection. This allows the recognition of how current issues are connected with each other which is something she addresses in her podcasts and blogs.

George Birnbach

Dr. George Birnbach, a distinguished US Recon Marine veteran with a quarter-century of expertise in natural healthcare, is the visionary behind Profit Conversations, a leader at MyFiveStar.com Chiropractic Practice Growth, and is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs. He crafts unique strategies that amplify profits without resorting to gimmicky sales tactics. Beyond business coaching, Dr. Birnbach is the founder of the National Association of Real Estate Syndicators.

Jacquie Chandler

Conservationist/ Activist
Chandler’s journey to the TEDx stage includes: fashion designing, manufacturing, teaching, PR, media, Corporate Story Coaching, Airbnb ‘Geotourism’ Superhost, author and mother of two. Collaborating with a Vet healing war wounds in a rainforest, they created an earth-based movement practice (The Earthgym) that increased connection to nature and led to a Nat Geo TV Show. A relocation to Lake Tahoe got her exploring preservation as the key to economic prosperity. After seeing a presentation on tourism that 'pays to protect' she founded SustainTahoe.org. and uncovered ‘indigenous’ solutions for how to ‘re-story’ our eco-onomy (the real economy). Chandler is currently writing books supporting sustainable travel and a children's animated tv show with songs to foster a mindful walk of wonder.

James Flaherty

Novelist/Screenwriter/Wordsmith
Jim Flaherty was an international advertising writer/creative director, has published two novels, and two non-fiction books. Was also creator and innkeeper of a five-star country inn/conference center. He is a frequent motivational speaker about aging cheerfully; the pleasure of writing; the joy and OMG of parenting; living abroad; and embracing an ancient quip of Noel Coward: Work is more fun than fun. A strong believer you are only as old as you think, Jim thinks 88 (going on 58) is terrific, and is a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Besides his books, he has a TV series, screenplay, and musical ready for public viewing. Home is a 1940's art-filled dairy barn in the foothills of the Berkshires.

Jeffrey also has decades of experience volunteering with organizations like the American Red Cross, Big Brothers and sisters, and others in leadership positions. With numerous distinguished volunteer awards from the American Red Cross, City Council, the mayor's office, and congressional certificates of merit, Jeffrey is always at the forefront of making people’s lives safer and better.

Who knew that a former Circus Dancing Bear with the Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros. Circus would become a divorce mediator? Judith M. Weigle did as a family law mediator since 2012 with Divorce Resource, Inc. Making the Impossible Possible: Recipe for a Heart-Healthy Divorce is a concept Weigle developed after studying hundreds of divorcing couples, some amicably, others not so much. Do Bears speak? In 2019 Weigle started a podcast, THE Amicable Divorce Expert, to provide a better way of divorcing. Judith is author of My Office is a 3-Ring Circus! Must I Take Orders From Clowns?

Kristal Parks M.A., is a biologist, author, activist, speaker and elephant conservationist. Raised in foreign countries, she saw first hand the suffering and injustice of poverty. She’s been a life long activist addressing global issues of war, racism, poverty, injustice, genocide, refugees, apartheid, climate catastrophe, amazon deforestation and the impending extinction of elephants, her deepest passion. In 2003, when she learned about the cruelty done to elephants in the circus, her heart broke and determined her future. She started an organization, Pachyderm Power! Love in Action for Elephants. She, with others, worked 12 years to get elephants out of the circus and succeeded! Concurrently she worked for 10 years in Kenya in collaboration with local tribes to find effective ways to save elephants. Now her passion is to build water systems in Africa to stop the extinction of elephants due to droughts caused by climate change.

Meghan Bonde

Neurodiversity specialist and Founder of Team Neurodivergent
Meghan is the founder of intensityhub.com and supports gifted, creative, and neurodivergent entrepreneurs and leaders to work in the way they are wired and amplify their impact. She has facilitated learning for thousands of leaders globally with a focus on learning and equity. Meghan is a lifelong learner who fosters growth in individuals and organizations alike. She identifies as multiple neurodivergent including AuDHD, “Superhearer” (CAPD), Gifted, Highly Sensitive, and Traumatic Brain Injury. She is most proud of her leadership successes as a neurodivergent self advocate and within her exceptional family.

Sam Beckworth

Sam Beckworth serves as the president of Reaching Forward Consulting and Leadership Development. Over the past two decades, as a keynote and break-out session speaker, he has inspired audiences, from intimate gatherings to large events attended by hundreds. His presentations encompass a diverse range of topics, including leadership development, team strategy, marriage and family dynamics, and employee benefits. Sriram Natarajan

Dr. Sriram Natarajan is an accomplished technologist and advocate for responsible AI. As the founder/CTO of a stealth-mode AI startup and former Engineering Lead of Google Assistant in cars, he brings a wealth of experience in developing cutting-edge technology and scaling products to millions of users. With a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Sriram has been recognized with US patents, an Outstanding Leadership Award, and a prestigious National Science Foundation grant. He actively engages with communities and organizations, sharing his vision for using AI to make a positive impact on people's lives while promoting ethical AI practices.

Stephen Berkley

Writer/Director/Producer
Stephen has worked in multiple capacities inside the entertainment/media industry for over 30 years. He’s done everything from writing promotional copy at the burgeoning MTV Chanel to drafting talent agreements for television legend Aaron Spelling. His most recent endeavor is the production of a documentary film entitled Life With Ghosts, written and directed with Christopher Seward of Fahrenheit 911 fame. The idea for a ghost story came unexpectently with the death of Stephen’s father, when shortly afterwards, his mother began reporting interactions with whom she believed to be his father’s ghost — a real- life Mrs. Muir situation. The film won multiple awards in the film festival circuit including Best Documentary and is the result of a seven-year investigation into the nature of true love and postmortem survival of personality.
