Harpriya Bains is a Delhi based stand up comedian. Her inspiration for comedy comes from the daily life of an average Indian housewife and mother with pun “intended” against the hypocrisy of her patriarchy. Married for 20 years and a mother of 2, no one listens to her at home, so she decided to find strangers who might lend her an ear.

Maj Gen Neeraj Bali

Major General (Retd)

Maj Gen Neeraj Bali, Sena Medal, is an Indian Army veteran and a corporate professional. He is also an organizational culture transformation consultant who has assisted several companies in improving several aspects of their culture. Commissioned in December 1978, Gen Bali served over 37 years as an infantry officer and superannuated in April 2016. During his service, he served in J&K for ten years and on all the borders multiple times. He commanded a Rashtriya Rifles Battalion in J&K at the height of terrorism and was awarded the Sena Medal. Later, he served in the Headquarters in Srinagar in a role for coordination of anti-militancy operations and evolving counter-insurgency strategy. As a Brigadier, he led the first strategic-level Indo-US exercise held in Hawaii, USA, where the US Army invited him to mentor US and Indian brigades. He served in Southern Africa as the Security Advisor to the Government of Lesotho and Leader of the Indian Army Training Team in that country.

SV Nathan is the Talent Director for Deloitte U.S. Firms in India. He has over 30 years of professional experience in Human Resource management across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Services, Telecom, and IT. In his career of over eight years with Deloitte, Nathan led the team that helped build the U.S. India Region from a humble beginning of 1,000 people to the large firm that it is today. He helped establish Deloitte as a destination for top talent in India. Apart from his responsibilities in Deloitte, Nathan serves as the National Secretary of National HR Development Network (NHRDN), the Chairman of the Global In-House Center, Hyderabad Chapter of NASSCOM, and the current Chair of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), Hyderabad Chapter. He is also a Fellow at Sumedhas, a not-for-profit education and research body on organization development, Nathan graduated in Mathematics and did his post-graduation from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
