Theme: Leading by Example

TEDxManSagarLake is coming again on 30 April, 2023 at the pink city, Jaipur.
This year the theme is: 'LEADING BY EXAMPLE'.

"Leading by example" refers to the idea that a leader should set an example for their followers to follow. Rather than simply telling others what to do, a leader who leads by example demonstrates the behaviors, attitudes, and values that they want their followers to adopt.

When a leader leads by example, they model the kind of behavior they expect from their team or organization. This can include being punctual, working hard, being honest and transparent, taking responsibility for mistakes, and treating others with respect and kindness. By consistently demonstrating these behaviors, a leader can create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.

Leading by example is an effective leadership style because it inspires trust and confidence in the leader. When followers see their leader practicing what they preach, they are more likely to respect and trust that leader, and they are more likely to adopt similar behaviors themselves.

In summary, leading by example means showing, not just telling, how things should be done. It's a leadership style that values consistency, authenticity, and personal responsibility, and it can help create a positive and productive workplace culture
