He has worked and managed teams in countries and markets across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe and India, where he had the opportunity to work and collaborate with thousands of C – Suites and department heads from various sectors. He is currently working as Head of ESG & Climate Change at The Carbon collective Company.

Harsha Tej

Director- HandsonCSR and Green Garage

Harsha Tej is a naturalist, environmentalist and a landscapist. He has worked in the field of wildlife research and conservation. He established Green Garage in 2017 and has executed over 100 projects across different sectors and industries. He built a team of eco conscious youngsters aiming to achieve better accessibility to greener spaces. Project Urban Jungle was one of his pet projects to rejuvenate barren urban land with native tree species. Green Garage and it's volunteers collectively planted over 500 saplings in the year 2020, using modern techniques. The space has currently turned into a budding forest with flora and fauna. Harsha Tej also recently joined HandsOnCSR to work with company CSR funds to deploy impactful environmental projects. He's currently working with lake restorations and tree plantations. He's on a mission to plant 1 Million trees in the next one year. He and his team have already planted 50,000 saplings so far.

Meghana Dutta is an Architect, Urban Designer and Sustainability Professional. She has an MLA in Sustainability from Harvard University with focus on Environmental Policy and International Development (2018), Masters in Architecture from Syracuse University (2002) and a Bachelors in Architecture from India (1999). In the last twenty-three years of her professional career, she has strived to be involved with projects that add value and uplift the quality of life of the society and the city at large. Her experience in Architecture Project types has ranged from Museums, Planetariums, Corporate Offices, Hospitality, Multi-Family Residential, Industrial and Master Planning.

Rathnashree P

General Manager -Sustainable Designs, Lead Consultancy & Engineering Services

Rathnashree started her journey in the environmental sustainability field as an energy modeler to evaluate the energy consumption in buildings and design validation for efficiency . She saw a great potential in the building industry to make a difference in the building designs. For the past 14 years, she has been involved in supporting design teams and projects to facilitate energy efficient designs which will help in reduced energy consumption and carbon footprint through software simulations. She has worked on the energy efficiency aspects for various projects to help achieve green building certifications. She is also involved in projects under the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, India. She is an expert in energy and daylight simulation, energy codes and supporting buildings to progress towards Net Zero energy - the future of buildings.

Shweta is a Biotechnology engineer by profession and a Stand-up Comedian by passion. She started her Stand-up comic journey in the year 2018 and with Namduk team started in the year 2019. She has done more than 50 shows including offline and online (adapted to Covid time!) shows.

Adamya Chetana is a not for profit organization founded by Dr. Tejaswini Ananthkumar with the support of her late husband Shri Ananth Kumar in the year 1997. Dr. Tejaswini Ananthkumar worked as a scientist in Aeronautical Development Authority, Ministry of Defence. Shri AnanthKumar, a prominent Indian politician of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), 6 times Member of Parliament from the Bangaluru was Cabinet Minister in Atalji and Narendra Modi Govt. Tejaswini Ananthkumar is known for her involvement in philanthropic activities and social work. Her NGO focuses on various social and philanthropic initiatives such as providing nutritious meals to underprivileged children, promoting education, healthcare, women empowerment, awareness programs, green lifestyle. Adamya Chetana's biggest project through Green Kitchen is providing hot and nutritious mid-day meal through its four central kitchens covering 1,75,000 children every day since 2003.

He serves as a trustee at Waste Impact trust which conducts Reimagine waste Hackathon at Indian Institute of Science. Personally, leading by example and living sustainably, composting kitchen waste using aerobic and prepares and uses homemade Bioenzyme or natural cleaners to clean his home. He believes and lives by the 4R principle (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Vasuki Iyengar, a waste management consultant with 8+ years of experience in Biodegradable waste management. He works on planning, implementing and coordinating comprehensive waste management systems that are designed to maximize waste prevention, reuse, and recycling opportunities. Vinay Kothari is the founder of GO DESi, a packaged consumer brand on a mission to make DESi ‘POP’ular. GO DESi products are today the market leader on Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy and other platforms. More than 5 Million DESi POPz, its bestseller, are sold every month and is currently available in 20k stores across the country. GO DESi’s manufacturing unit in Rural Karnataka, GO DESi employs more than 200+ women from the most disadvantaged sections of society. Through GO DESi, Vinay’s vision is to shine a light on the power of capitalism in solving complex problems. He hopes that GO DESi will inspire a new breed of organisations where capitalism is not a zero-sum game. Vinay is an alumnus of SCMHRD Pune, IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL program. During prior stints with EPC companies in Transmission and Distribution, he has executed large-format transmission and distribution projects in India & Africa. Has experience across the Power Value chain (Generation, Transmission, and Distribution).
