Psychologically we all have the tendency where we overestimate how much other people notice about us. In other words, we tend to feel there is always a spotlight on us, highlighting all of our mistakes or flaws, for all the world to see and we get conscious. The insecurities we carry within ourselves, are more of a facade of illusion to the tincture reality of life. And there this phenomenon is named " The Spotlight Effect ".
