For many hundreds of years successive waves of peoples coming from all corners of the world to Australia seeking better lives and living, evolving Australia into a global society. Throughout history and across the planet, waves and generations of migrants face diverse yet common and universal challenges.

This TEDx Salon event opened with a wide look at the fundamental foundations of human tendencies and behaviour, identities in different multicultural countries, then into the specific experiences of Asian-Australians, addressing the infamous 'bamboo ceiling' in Australian workplaces, and importantly what tangible actions we can take to create more inclusive, diverse and thriving cultures and organisations.

This TEDx event was an online Zoom event, FREE to attend, and featured a conversation between veteran professionals with extensive experiences and insights.
